Five Medford men returned yester day from Los Angeles where th?y were called by federal subpoense to appear as witnesses in the trial of John Fischer, formerly owner of the Swiss Creamery here. Fischer was i charged with making false affidavit I as to place of citizenship In taking out naturalization papers. j In his affidavit Fischer claimed j Los Angeles as his place of residence j for the past five years.
