(UP) Wild animals from northern Canadian for ests are working southward, accord ing to reports or several hunters during the recent deer season. (UP) The Chattanooga Police department for years has kept a roster of boot leggers, and the list now totals about 4000, or one out of every 30 Inhabi tants here.
