(SpM The extension of the rural mall routo up the two branches of Williams creek was started July 3. for Mon days, Wednesdays and Fridays, on the west fork, and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays on the east fork. Archie Powers has the contract, Victor Coltrtn was seriously bruised recently when a wagon loaded with poles ran over him. He was driving down a hill when the brake gave way and the loaded wagon ran onto the team, causing It to rear. One line broke, throwing him forward onto the tongue of the wagon, then onto the ground and the loaded wagon ran over his legs. He was taken Im mediately to Grants Pass to the doc tor. Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Blbby and chil dren of Salem visited a week re cently at the Sorrels and Morrison homes. Mrs. Blbby Is a sister of Mrs. Sorrels and Gene Morison.
