Fill a baked pastry shell with a cream filling made as follows: l'i cups milk yt cup flour vi cup sugar 14 teaspoon salt 3 egga. Put milk In top of double boiler. Mix sugar and flour snd add to the milk. Cook until thick. Add egg yolks and aalt and beat until amooth. Pour Into the pie crust, cover with 1 cup fresh sweetened huckleberries. Dr. Bryant reviewed general activi ties of the park service, including plans for the establishment and de velopment of parka in the eastern states, preserving wooded areas in Vhat region, as welt as points of his torical Interest. Among outstanding parks of the esst now being estab lished snd developed are the Great Smoky and the Shenandoah, both ot which are made up of privately owned lands purchased from the owners by the government.
