Sheriff Jen nings ssld today: "I filed the tax attachment upon receiving word that furniture had been moved out and that the city water had been shut off. I did this in the course of my official duty to protect the county and myeelf. The county court did not know officially of this action until late Monday, ss this is the usual procedure in cases of this nature. "Uneocured personal tax claims are preferred. The entire matter la In volved by other claims and does not embody real property taxes unpsld. "This case Is not the only one where action has been Instituted for the collection of unsecured personal tax claims, snd an effort will be made to collect all such taxes be tween now and January 1. The reg ular routine will be followed."
