EXPLAINS POLICY
IN TAX ACTION
Relative to the controversy over

Publishing Co. lsst Thursday night
by the sheriff's office. Sheriff Jen
nings ssld today:
"I filed the tax attachment upon
receiving word that furniture had
been moved out and that the city
water had been shut off. I did this
in the course of my official duty to
protect the county and myeelf. The
county court did not know officially
of this action until late Monday, ss
this is the usual procedure in cases
of this nature.
"Uneocured personal tax claims are
preferred. The entire matter la In
volved by other claims and does not
embody real property taxes unpsld.
"This case Is not the only one
where action has been Instituted for
the collection of unsecured personal
tax claims, snd an effort will be
made to collect all such taxes be
tween now and January 1. The reg
ular routine will be followed."

ALL-BRAN STOPPED
HIS SLEEPLESSNESS
AND TIRED FEELING
Cereal Believed His Consti
pation -
Head Mils enthusiastic letter from
Mr. Uaraden:
' "My system had been run down
for quite some time. About three
weeks ago, I started taking All
Bran for breakfast. I had been un
able to sleep nights, but now all I
have to do is turn in, and before I
know it, I am fast asleep.
"I used to have a tired feeling all
day, but now that All-Bran is in
my home to stay, there will be no
more tired feelings with me" Mr.
Carl Haraden, Main Street, Hamil
ton, Massachusetts.
Science says that All-Bran pro-,
vides "bulk" to exercise the intes
tines, and vitamin B to help tone
the intestinal tract. Also iron for
the blood.
The "bulk" In All-Bran Is much
like that of lettuce. Inside the body,
it forms a soft mass. Gently, this
clean out the intestinal wastes.
Isnt this safer than taking pillt
and drugs often harmful 1 Jus:
eat two tablespoonfuls daily for
most types of constipation. If not
relieved this way, see your doctor.
