The Identification waa established after Cemey's mother, Mrs. Myrtle Casaell of 6nn Bernardino, and his sister, Mrs. Kloy Pickens of Nonvalk, Calif., had viewed the remains. Tha mother said her aon had been miss ing alnce October 14, four days be fore the body of Mrs. Cerney waa found by a miner. The skull had been crushed. Mrs. Cajwell, officers said, related thst Mrs. Cerney had become of age laat June and presumably Inherited a considerable sum of money from tha estate of her father. She married Cerney about two or three years ago. Tentative Identification of the re mains previously had been established when officers found her fingerprint matched those of a woman who waa taken Into custody by Loa Aneclea officers some time ago on suspicion of robbery.
