Habb. Ho charged that the girl's death was due to fast and reckless driving. Watt was held in the county jail, bis bonds being set at $DO00. Watt had been arrested earlier in the evening on a vagrancy charge, and released by posting $1000 bail. Watt is a yomi mar ried man with a 5-year-old daugh ter. He was returning from Port land at 5:30 o'clock Sunday morn ing when his car crashed. .Miss Eabh was thrown out and dragged, receiving inlet nal injuries, frac tured pelvis bone and very severe cuts and bruises.
