Mrs. Wagoner - was formerly Miss Belle McTavish. and lived at what is now the Noah Chandler place In North Talent. Mrs. Wagoner greatly en Joyed calling on all her old friends, and especially those who were her school mates. The paving of the highway has bo greatly changed the looks of the country, that Mrs. wag oner could hardly recognize the An derson creek section, on which their former home was located. The Phoenix ladies entertained the Talent Community club ladles last week at their Wednesday meeting, a most bounteous dinner was served to all and a good program was given after the noon meal. The ugltation of the different com munities getting into the work of preparing their exhibit for the com ing county fair is under way. E. 11.
