May 4. -Private detectives have been ordered by Wil lis Hharpe Kilmer to investigate the death of Sunny Man, one of the best three year olds of the season, which occurred at the Pimlico track late Sat urday night after an ailment which in .the opinion of several local veterinar ians wus due to poisoning. Sunny Man, a son of Sun briar, out of Romance, after a number of not able performances an a two year old, . was reported by Traler J P. Smith, to have been working speedily at Ha vre de Grace prior to last Monday. The oolt -was defeated that day and ba carne ill while being moved to Pimlico at 'the closo of the Havre, de Grace meet.
