RACE HORSE DEATH
BALTIMORE, Md.. May 4. -Private
detectives have been ordered by Wil
lis Hharpe Kilmer to investigate the
death of Sunny Man, one of the best
three year olds of the season, which
occurred at the Pimlico track late Sat
urday night after an ailment which in
.the opinion of several local veterinar
ians wus due to poisoning.
Sunny Man, a son of Sun briar, out
of Romance, after a number of not
able performances an a two year old,
. was reported by Traler J P. Smith,
to have been working speedily at Ha
vre de Grace prior to last Monday. The
oolt -was defeated that day and ba
carne ill while being moved to Pimlico
at 'the closo of the Havre, de Grace
meet.

county court of Jackson County, Ore
gon, the final account of his adminis
tration of the estate of Mabel F. Rich
ardson .also known as Mrs. C. S.
Richardson, deceased, and said, court
has fixed Monday. June 8, 1925, at the
hour of 10 o'clock a. m. of said day,
at the court room of said court at the
court house in Jacksonville, Jackson
county, Oregon, as the time and place
for the hearing of objections to said
final account and for settlement of
said estate.
All persons interested In said estate
are hereby notified and required to
make or file their objections to said
final account, If any they have, on or
before the time aforesaid, fixed for
the hearing and settlement thereof.
Date of this notice and of the first
publication hereof is May 4, 1925.
