"Who! Where" everyone was asking
the same question but no one seemed
to know, and from where we stood it
was lininssible to seo. The naval pro
cession proceeded, and aside from a
few b'ats bcurrying around, there ap
peared to-be no excitement whatever.

out was the truth known. Then a ban

was correct. That serious-minded

"Turn to the Right"
The homely story of a mother's love
is told in "Turn to the Right," which
is at the Page theater tonight and to
morrow, and in this case It is a mother!
who is loved and honored in return!
for the affection and care she has
lavished on her children. j
To be sure, this mother has her
troubles. A vicious old hypocrite, the
village paragon and a deacon standing
high in the councils of the church,
tries to get her valuable farm away
from her, under pretence of helping
her.
But her son comes in time to save
the home. He has been away in pris
on through the trickery of a bad man
and he comes back a failure, but his
mother does not know. She has kert
a lamp in the window for the years he
has been away.
A couple of his prison pals turn up,
are remade through the influence of
that dear old woman, and become good
citizens.
Maybe it isn't right for a fortune to
be founded on winnings at a horse
race, but it is very comforting that the
money conies in and makes Joe Bas
com righ.
Alice Terry is the Elsia, and Lydia
Knott is a very' human Ma Ba3Com.
Jack Mulhall is the Joe; and George
Cooper and Harry Myers play his con
vict pals, and there are several other
good stars in the big cast.
Gene Howard contributes the musi
