DAILY VALLEY PEOPLE Medford and Rogue river valley people are surely sweet or should be. as It Is estimated they consume more than a ton of candy every day, a very small amount of which is made in Medford and the Rogue river valley. If this was all made at home It would mean $20,000 or $25,000 mocr to the valley each month, which would eb another big revenuo. There are about 6000 loaves of bread baked by the Medford bakeries every day and it is estimated that 1500 or 2000 loaves are shipped in dally. If the home product was used exclusively this would add several men to the payroll of the bakeries and increase the amount of revenue spent at home many thousand dollars monthly.
