William Allen White, author of sev oral successful fiction and political works, and noted western political leader and journalist, has written a screen version of his book, "In tho Heart of a Fool," and will be the feature attraction at the Pago theatre tomorrow. This Is tho first of the author's novels o be translated to the motion picture screen. Mr. White is first and foremost a journalist. At present he is proprie tor and editor of the Emporia, Kansas, Gazette. At twenty-four he sprang Into the limelight by his article "What's the Matter With Kansas," and became an editorial writer on the Kan sas City Star. Regarded as a factor in national politics, he was a very per sonal friend of President Roosevelt. lie Is a member of the Short Ballot association, the International Peace society, the National Civic Federation, and tho National Academy of Political Science.
