If the paper has a healthy appearance the town or city is gen erally set down as healthy. Thousands of people see the paper representative ' of the city they have never seen and form their good opinions. The value of these opinions can not be measured, smiles, good words, a friendly grasp of the hand, costs but a little effort, yet they are mighty in their influence. A healthy newspaper makes a healthy sentiment and a healthy sentiment makes a healthy town.
