In order that these millions of people may be fed every farm family on both large and small acreages must triple their production. The farmers have pledged themselves to produce this food and the farm wom- en have pledged themselves to pre- serve all that is necessary for their families. The homemaker has the additional problem of planning three nutritive meals a day. These three meals are especially enjoyable and valuable if they are well balanced and contain the right foods.
