A ccording to re g u la tio n s, th e a p p lic a tio n m u st be sig n ed an d on file in th e co u n ty office a n d th e p rem ium paid before th e crop is seeded th is fall, or before O ctober 30, w h ich ev er d a te occurs first. T h e co u n ty office Is p rep ared to ta k e a p p lic a tio n s for crop in su ra n c e on 1940 crops or give any in fo rm a tio n p e r ta in in g to th e sam e.
