M. for th e purpose of a u th o r izin g th e borrow ing of a sum in excess of $3000.00 and for th e purpose of am ending th e by-law s of th e corporation as follows: (1 ) To am end A rticle II, Section 1 of by-law s to read as follow s: ‘Section 1.
