H erm iston is called to m eet a t th e H erm iston U nion church in H erm iston,
Oregon, May 20, 1938, a t 2:00 o ’clock in the a fte _noon, for th e purposes
set fo rth in th e follow ing call of said m eeting. F ollow ing is a tru e copy

RESOLUTION.
"RESOLVED th a t a special m eeting of the m em bers of th e A ssociation is
hereby called to be held a t the H erm iston U nion church in H erm iston,
Oregon, on May 20, 1938, a t 2:00 o’clock P. M. for th e purpose of a u th o r
izin g th e borrow ing of a sum in excess of $3000.00 and for th e purpose
of am ending th e by-law s of th e corporation as follows:
(1 ) To am end A rticle II, Section 1 of by-law s to read as follow s:
‘Section 1. M em bership in th e A ssociation sh all be composed of persons
w ho are producers of a g ric u ltu ra l products, and w ho agree to comply w ith
th e req u irem en ts of th e by-law s of th e A ssociation an d th e ru les and reg u
la tio n s of th e m em bership and board of d ircto rs.’
(2 ) To am end the firs t sentence of A rticle II, Section 5 of th e by-laws
to read as follow s: ‘A ny m em ber of th e A ssociation who ceases to be a
producer of a g ric u ltu ra l products, sh all cease to be a m em ber of the cor
p o ration, and, unless his m em bership ce rtifica te has been assigned or
