The program advanced by th e W h eat league is based on a co n tin u atio n of present a g ric u ltu ra l con serv atio n program s, supplem ented by a v o lu n tary acreag e control plan, to g eth er w ith possible m a rk e tin g q u o tas to be used upon a vote of th e w h eat grow ers them selves.
