The Wasteland Kings played virtually nonstop for two hours. A great mix of genres in their vocals and instru- mentals. Next month will be the last for this summer season. Don’t miss. Like the “Energizer Bunny,” Andrea Nelson seems to keep going, and going, and going, thriv- ing on new ideas/projects, so watch for information on her latest: a Commu- nity Learning Garden in space between Flood Town Books and the Neighbor- hood Center. The hands-on garden will offer classes, many geared to school-aged children, and the resulting produce will be shared with the local food bank. More details coming soon. A slow good news week, apparently.
