September 11: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Office received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a dog came onto his property and defecated and then left. Aunt is stating if she doesn’t pay the power bill she will not give her med. Female was kicked in the head by male subject and has a pret- ty bad know on her head. RP advised that he also hit her friend that is here with her. Advised male subject is currently in the red pickup outside. They are all locked in the basement currently trying to stay away from him. Nathan Roger Dotson was arrested by MCSO. Subject lodged at UCJ with bail of $35,000.
