man that RP would like

RP states that she told her
wife she wanted a divorce
and wife left and sent her
a goodbye text saying she
was headed towards the
river, bright blue RAV 4.

port at Root Ln/Meadow
Loop, Boardman that a sus-
picious male is attempting
to enter a vehicle. Deputy
made contact with male, he
advised he just bought the
vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Driftwood RV park
on W Kunze Ln, Board-
man that there are people
trespassing at the park.
Subjects were collecting
cans, were advised that they
are not welcome at the park
unless invited by one of the
tenants.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln/Pater-
son Ferry Rd, Irrigon that
there is an elderly male with
a cane right at the curve.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that brother is ex-
tremely intoxicated and
threatened to hit RP daugh-
ter.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that a dog or coyote is
laying in the middle of the
lane. MCSO responded and
removed the coyote from
the lane of travel.
September 11: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon that a dog
came onto his property and
defecated and then left. RP
advises it is blue tick hound
dog, white with black spots.
Warning.

port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that a deer was hit, but is
still alive. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Ridge Crest Ln,
Boardman that Christian
school stated that a subject
showed up and asked for
a tour of the school and
then started asking other
questions that raised red
flags and made the school
nervous for the children.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that aunt is withholding
medical supplies and her
meds. Aunt is stating if she
doesn’t pay the power bill
she will not give her med.

port at NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that deputy is
out with deceased animal,
going to try to see if he can
find an owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a red car is pulled off
on the side of the road,
door open and someone
laying on the front seat.
Officer made contact and
subject had already called
a wrecker.

port at Turkey Shoots on
SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that
a vehicle is stuck out on
the turkey shoots. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Ione Gooseberry
Rd, Ione that her grand-
daughter was just assaulted
by her boyfriend. Female
was kicked in the head by
male subject and has a pret-
ty bad know on her head.
RP advised that he also hit
her friend that is here with
her. Advised male subject is
currently in the red pickup
outside. They are all locked
in the basement currently
trying to stay away from
him. Nathan Roger Dotson
was arrested by MCSO.
Subject lodged at UCJ with
bail of $35,000.
September 12: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on Hwy
207 Echo, Echo of roll over
motor vehicle accident.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Grieb Ln/Hwy 207
Echo, Lexington of a deer
hit.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red F150 pickup
was speeding through the
area. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
fairgrounds on Hwy 74
Lena, Heppner that there
is a silver Toyota Tacoma
parked near the snack shack
and shouldn’t be there. This
is not the first time the ve-
hicle has been there.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on Pat-
erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that
the asst. manager told him
that the maintenance man
has cameras set up around
