Deer is off the side of the road on the right hand side. ODFW advised. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Court St, Hep- pner that there were three dogs in subject’s yard all night barking. Owner was warned for dog at large. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a male is lying down along side of the road by the gravel pit.
