the Morrow County Plan-
ning Commission. Plan-
ning Commissioners serve
four-year terms. These ap-
pointments are to fill terms
ending December 31,
2022.
The Planning Commission
generally meets once a
month, alternating meeting
locations between Heppner
and Boardman. Duties of
the Planning Commission
include approving land
use actions, maintaining
the county’s subdivision
and zoning ordinance, and
working with the County
Board of Commissioners
to manage the county’s
land use Comprehensive
Plan.

dogs in subject’s yard all
night barking. Owner was
warned for dog at large.

that a male is lying down
along side of the road by
the gravel pit. He has been
in the same position for at
least an hour, RP saw him
when she went by earlier.

rigon that her white pit bull
jumped the fence, slipped
the collar.

report that Misty Dawn
Winston was arrested on
IJC warrant. Subject was
lodged at CCCF.

blue Mustang or possibly a
Pontiac G6 went speeding
by his house so fast that
he couldn’t tell which type
of car it was. Occurs every
school day between 1100

Oregon state parole board
warrant for absconding
parole and lodged at UCJ.
