Colin and Guada- lupe T. Colin, as grantor, to Columbia River Title Company, as trustee, in favor of Bank of Eastern Oregon, as beneficiary, dated March 21, 2005, re- corded on April 14, 2005, in the Office of Morrow County Microfilm Re- cords, Morrow County, Oregon as Microfilm No. 2005-13581, covering the following described real property situated in the above-mentioned county and state, to-wit: LOT 1, BLOCK 4, WEST GLEN, IN THE COUNTY OF MORROW, STATE OF OREGON. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.752(3); the default for which foreclosure is made is grantor’s failure to pay upon demand and when due the following sums: Monthly payments in the amount of $1,000 due on December 20, 2013 to the present; and real estate taxes due and owing the Morrow County Tax Col- lector for the Tax Years 2014-2015; 2015-2016; and 2016-2017. Notice is further given that any person named in ORS 86.778 has the right, at any time prior to five days be- fore the date last set for the sale, to have this foreclo- sure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstat- ed by payment to the bene- ficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred) and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the perfor- mance required under the obligation or trust deed, and in addition to paying those sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the default, by pay- ing all costs and expenses actually incurred in en- forcing the obligation and trust deed, together with trustee’s and attorney fees not exceeding the amounts provided by ORS 86.778. Without limiting the trust- ee’s disclaimer of repre- sentations or warranties, Oregon law requires the trustee to state in this no- tice that some residential property sold at trustee’s sale may have been used in manufacturing meth- amphetamines, the chemi- cal components of which are known to be toxic. Prospective purchasers of residential property should be aware of this potential danger before deciding to place a bid for this prop- erty at the trustee’s sale. In construing this notice, the singular includes the plural, the word “grantor” includes any successor in interest to the grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by the trust deed, and the words “trustee” and “beneficiary” include their respective successors in interest, if any. The dog has been in and out of her backyard for a few days, unknown owner. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Brandon St/SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a work van with an electrical company signage on the side was at the stop sign at Brandon St and pulled out headed towards Division and ripped it. RP stated that his friend down on the cor- ner had it on video and he is going down there to get the electrical company’s name and is going to complain to the company too. -MCSO received a report on NE Elder St, Heppner that she has her daughter’s children and has been working with PPD and DHS regarding the issue. She would like to discuss what can be done if her daughter comes to get the children. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Fifteenth Rd, Irrigon that had four saddles taken from an outbuilding a couple of weeks ago and would like to make a report. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave Irrigon that a gray 4 door Honda is back at it again, flying down the road, getting faster and faster, female just went up to the high school. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Northwestern Motel on N Main St, Heppner that the dog in space four has been whining and barking all day. -MCSO received a re- port on Knapp St, Irrigon that a dog just attacked and possibly killed her goat. Brindle pit bull lives next door and jumped the fence. Christine Ann Peine was cited for maintaining a dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a re- port at St Patricks Senior center on N Main St, Hep- pner that three juveniles that she believes are up to no good are on the third floor speaking to their aunt. -MCSO received a report on Hwy 74 Lena, Heppner that she is being tailgated and two males in a blue Mazda vehicle that passed her and then stopped in the middle of the road and got out of their vehicle to quickly approach hers. Two white males, obese and taller. -MCSO received a re- port on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that a runaway ju- venile. Was supposed to be home by 1800 and is not home yet. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Tenth ST, Irrigon that the nearby church on the Hwy is being loud and she suffers from migraines and it is causing issues for her. -MCSO received a re- port at Northwestern Motel on N Main St, Heppner that there is a female that approximately 30 minutes ago threatened suicide. Ad- vises she is staying with the people that own the motel. No suicide plan, no weap- ons, has approximately 15 pills of an anti-depressant. November 30: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- fice received a report on Hwy 74 Lena, Heppner that there is a buckskin horse that is becoming skinnier and skinnier and may need put down. Deputy contact- ed horse owner. They are aware, horse is very old and they will put it down when it comes to that point. -MCSO received a re- port on Kangaroo Court Ln, Irrigon that RP is doing a re- possession of a 2012 black Dodge Caravan. Owners are not aware of the repos- session. -MCSO received a re- port at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Tower Rd, Boardman that an aban- doned vehicle has been pushed into a parking stall. Deputy to respond for tow arrangements. -MCSO received a re- port on Paul Smith Rd, Boardman that a kitten was hit and is deceased. MC Public Works advised. -MCSO received a re- port on W Main St, Lexing- ton that her neighbor’s dog barks constantly and their other neighbor mad threats this morning to either poi- son or taze the dog. Both parties talked to. -MCSO received a re- port on Sand Hollow Rd, Heppner that a subject is trespassing on his property. Already working with OSP, but wanted MCSO to be aware as well. -MCSO received a re- port on Tom St, Lexington that her 4-5 year old male yellow lab has been miss- ing since this morning. The dog has a green collar with name and address on tags. RP called back and advised the dog was located. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that subject visits and has a very loud vehicle. Would like deputies to watch for vehicle as she believes the driver is intoxicated on drugs. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Wyoming Ave, Irrigon that he did a repos- session of a 2005 Ford Explorer, the owner is not aware. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that RP would like to talk to a deputy in regards to her brother possibly having felony warrants. Shawn William Schnell was ar- rested on UCSO warrants.
