Low gross of the field went to Virginia Grant; low net was Karen Hague- wood. Betty Burns had least putts of the field. Virginia Grant had low gross, low net and least putts for Flight A. Karen Haguewood had low gross and least putts for Flight B. Betty Burns had low net. For Flight C, Kris Linder had low gross and Lorene Montgomery had low net. Jeanne Creswick had the least putts. Karen Haguewood had a chip-in on #7. Sept. 26 will be a fun day, cross country. WCCC Sunday men’s tournament Thirty-two players par- ticipated in the cross-coun- try tournament on Sunday, Sept. 17 at Willow Creek Country Club. Results are as follows: -Gross—1 st , Ron Bow- man, 79; 2 nd , Charlie Fergu- son/Greg Grant, 80. -Net—1 st , Josh Coiner, 71; 2 nd Derek Gunderson, 72; 3 rd Dallas Harsin/Roger Ehrmantraut, 73. -Special Events—KP #1 Loren Heideman, 7’ 4”; KP #13 Tim Wright, 11’ 10”; Long drive and KP 2 nd shot Josh Coiner. The first annual Buck Cup was awarded to the players who earn the most points from weekly par- ticipation. Winners were: 1 st Charlie Ferguson, 2 nd Roger Ehrmantraut and 3 rd Tim Wright. Call 541-276-3322 or visit our website to register. - THREE Morrow County Sher- iff’s Office released the following information: September 12: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding a car pulled off below the Lexington Airport with what appears as a person asleep in the car. Advised they cannot camp there. -MCSO responded to a report on N First St, Irrigon that a vehicle had been bro- ken into. Work bag contain- ing confidential information and cash was taken. Vehicle was locked, but driver’s side door may not have been shut all the way. -MCSO responded to a report at Heppner Family Foods on Main St, Hep- pner of a hit and run. Rear driver’s side fender has a deep scratch with red paint on it, possible small dent. Under investigation. -MCSO initiated ac- tivity at Irrigon Shell Sta- tion, E Highway 730, Ir- rigon attempting to locate James Robert Martin for a warrant. Subject arrested, transported and lodged in Umatilla County Jail (UCJ). -MCSO advised of a goat loose on NW Water St., Heppner. Goat is back on its property. -MCSO received a re- port of a laptop missing from a car on NE Fifth St, Irrigon. -MCSO responded to St. Patrick’s Senior Center on N Main St, Heppner regarding a parking issue. Subjects were moving out and a law enforcement of- ficer from Ukiah told them they had to move, even though they have parked there for years. -MCSO advised of camp near N First and N Second by the river, Irrigon, where there are tents, litter and multiple stolen items. Patricia Hurd-Pardee ar- rested and lodged at UCJ for Theft by Receiving. -MCSO received a re- quest to speak to subject at UCJ. Subject incarcerated and concerned that some- one will steal his RV. -MCSO responded to a disturbance on W Seventh Rd, Irrigon. Subject being accused of stealing mari- juana plants while taking care of the plants. -MCSO received a re- port of three cars that ran the stop sign on Eighth St, Irrigon. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port of someone dressed in black on SE Park Pl, Ir- rigon. Subject thinks some- one was trying to get in the house next door. Unable to locate. -MCSO responded to a report of criminal mischief at the Sinclair Station on Main St. N, Boardman. September 13: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Office responded to SE Fourth St, Irrigon of loud noise that sounds like someone is chopping wood at the neighbors. Also advises there is a black car sitting across the street, doesn’t know if they are related. -MCSO received report of grey Chevy Impala on NE Fifth St, Irrigon with someone sleeping in the car. -MCSO responded to a report on SE Park Pl, Ir- rigon of people outside her daughter’s house attempt- ing to break in. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- quest for a cat trap on NE Oregon Ave, Irrigon. -MCSO received a re- port of a grey Chevy or GMC full size speeding, Irrigon. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a complaint of a white Chevy car, Oregon plate all over the road on I-84 E, Board- man. Referred to another agency. -MCSO responded to a report on SE Fourth St, Irrigon of a male on a trac- tor digging a hole in the yard and refusing to leave. Resident not on the scene, but advised it was OK for the subject to be doing her yard work. -MCSO received a re- port of cans and bottles missing on NE Oregon Ave, Irrigon. Unknown if husband’s tools are miss- ing also. -MCSO received a report on Highway 730 westbound, Irrigon of driv- ing complaint. 2014 White Honda Accord, speeding 12+ and returns as stolen. Deputies recovered stolen vehicle. -MCSO responded to a report at Paterson Ferry Rd/ West Ext Canal, Irrigon of a multi-colored car backed into the trees on the south- west side near the trees. Potato sheds are across the road about 400 feet from the vehicle and there is a person inside the vehicle. Stated that there are no farm workers around and appears to be suspicious. Unable to locate. -MCSO and EMS re- sponded to a report of a 14 year-old male student having difficulty breath- ing, shaky, weak and pale at Irrigon High School on SE Wyoming Ave, Irrigon. Transported. - Wa r r a n t a r r e s t a t MCSO, Heppner. Denise Williams arrested by UCSO on MCCC warrant for fail- ure to appear Custodial Interference II. Lodged at UCJ. -MCSO responded to Irrigon Justice Court on NE Third St, Irrigon. Subject is with animal rescue facility and thinks people trying to turn in dogs are only tell- ing part of the story. Under investigation. -MCSO initiated activ- ity at Irrigon Shell Station, E Highway 730, Irrigon. Disabled behind the station. Nicholas Landeros Garza arrested on IJC warrant, transported and lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port of suspicious activity at E Arcade ST/B St, Lexing- ton. Hispanic male wearing green construction vest with a skate board has been walking all over the area and is now walking up to- wards the cemetery. Small car came down Arcade, then headed by the church and back to the highway. -MCSO received a call about subject’s sister being back with boyfriend that beats her. He is a felon and has guns. Also believes that he is buying and selling drugs, marijuana, meth and heroin. Concerned for her sister and wants to know if MCSO can do anything. -MCSO received a re- port of a full size pickup with shell on I-84 E, Board- man with no rear lights. Warning for defective light- ing. September 14: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- fice responded to a report on Highway 74, Heppner of subject hitting a deer. Referred to another agency. -MCSO initiated activ- ity at Highway 74, Heppner with disabled vehicle that hit the deer. -MCSO initiated activ- ity at Kunze Ln/Tower Rd, Boardman. Edgar Cesar Gonzalez arrested on IJC warrant, taken before the Judge and released. -MCSO received a re- port of a cow on the free- way on I-84 E, Boardman. Referred to another agency. -MCSO responded to a report of a goat in the driveway on NW Water St, Heppner. -MCSO initiated activ- ity at Irrigon Justice Court, NE Third St, Irrigon. Trans- porting surrendered dogs to pet rescue per judge. -MCSO responded to Northwestern Motel, N Main St, Heppner regarding dog running loose. Spoke to owner about dog being out. -MCSO responded to SE Thomas Ave, Irrigon to a report of harassment. Subject following person’s daughter and sending her text messages. Subject went to daughter’s residence around midnight. -MCSO responded to a report on I-84 W, Boardman of a male standing on the side of the road, yelling at vehicles and waving arms. Deputy provided courtesy ride to Hermiston. -MCSO initiated ac- tivity at Heppner Grade School, NE Stansbury, Hep- pner. Subject given warning for illegal stopping. -MCSO initiated activ- ity at I-84 W, Boardman. Motor home broke down. Subject’s debit card was used in Florida. -MCSO received a re- port of harassment at Jay Coil Fabricating on NW Riverside Ave, Heppner. Person trying to mow and male subject standing in front of her mower so she could not mow. -MCSO received a re- port of orange commercial semi-truck with male driver was all over the road on I-84 E, Boardman. Referred to another agency. -MCSO received a re- port at Washington Ln/W Eighth St, Irrigon of a white and brown pit bull out, seems aggressive. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port of 1995 Jeep Wrangler stuck one mile off Highway 207 on Service Rd 25. -MCSO responded to a report at SE Utah Ave/SE Tenth St, Irrigon of a white Geo Metro speeding and playing music loudly. Car has thin blue line down the side and back window bro- ken out. Talked to the driver about the complaint. -MCSO initiated ac- tivity at SE Tenth St, Irri- gon. Vehicle parked in the middle of the street, no one around to move it. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Second St, Irrigon of a female that left a stop sign at Second/ Wyoming, rode all the way down the street halfway on the road and ran over a mailbox. Female left on foot. -MCSO received a re- port of subject having is- sues with one of his step sons, banging on windows and walls. Citation issued. -MCSO received a re- port on Cedar Rd, Irrigon of person attacked by neigh- bor’s dog. Wants to press charges. -MCSO received a driving complaint of a grey Toyota Tundra, Oregon plate on I-84 E, Boardman. Referred to another agency.
