Caption: Irrigon Rural Fire Protection District General Obligation Bond Authorization Question: Shall the District issue general obligation bonds not exceeding $2,630,000 for a new Public Safety Facility, apparatus and equipment? If the bonds are approved, they will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of Section 11 and 11b, Article XI of the Oregon Constitution. Summary: This measure authorizes the District to issue general obligation bonds to finance: • Construction, acquisition and equipping of a new fire station on land currently owned by the lue ountain ommunity ollege District. • Replace apparatus and equipment. • Pay bond issuance costs. The bonds would mature in 21 years or less from the date of issuance and may be issued in more than one series. The caller said that there were several unattended juveniles at the location playing loud music and coming up her driveway causing a dis- turbance. She requested deputy contact. -MCSO received re- port from a Boardman subject who said that a prowler with long black hair and a hat on, wearing blue coveralls and carry- ing a 40 oz. Bud, went up to the caller’s back door and tapped, and then ran around to the front. The caller requested of- ficer contact. MCSO re- sponded, but was unable to locate the man. -MCSO received re- port of an irrigation main line broken at Wilson Lane and Skoubo Rd., Boardman, with an arch of around 100 feet of water up into the air. The caller said that just prior to that there was a power surge and a flash coming from the area of the river near the pump station. -MCSO received report of a white Ford Ranger clocked at 95 mph on I-84, Boardman. MCSO and Boardman Police Department set up for the vehicle, but were unable to locate it.
