Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Boardman approves development code changes The B o a r d m a n City Council adopted an or dinance updating the city’s Development Code during the November 2 meeting. The la n g u ag e changes to the Development Code are mostly house keeping in nature. They include changes to building orientation and building form for multi-family struc tures, eliminating paving requirements for rear yard garages and/or carports, building materials, and ad dresses accessory structures on property with special considerations. The city plans to submit the adopted changes to the Department of Land Conservation and Development by the end of the week to notify them of these changes.
