Boardman approves development code changes

dinance updating the city’s
Development Code during
the November 2 meeting.
The la n g u ag e
changes to the Development
Code are mostly house
keeping in nature. They
include changes to building
orientation and building
form for multi-family struc
tures, eliminating paving
requirements for rear yard
garages and/or carports,
building materials, and ad
dresses accessory structures
on property with special
considerations. The city
plans to submit the adopted
changes to the Department
of Land Conservation and
Development by the end of
the week to notify them of
these changes.

The Morrow County District Attorney’s Office has released the following
report:
-Ronald Joshua Milton Rice, 24, was convicted of: Assault in the Fourth De
gree - Constituting Domestic Violence, a Class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to
36 months bench probation, 21 days incarceration, and other conditions; Recklessly
Endangering Another Person - Constituting Domestic Violence, a Class A misde
meanor, and was sentenced to 36 months bench probation, 10 days incarceration,
and other conditions; and Harassment - Constituting Domestic Violence, a Class B
misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 10 days incarceration. Total fines, fees, and as
