Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, March 10,2010 DA’s Report M orrow C ounty District Attorney Elizabeth Ballard has released the fol lowing report: -M ario C alv illo Ramirez, 25, was convicted of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class C felony, and was sentenced to 18 months formal proba tion, 90/30 sanction units, required to complete a drug package, complete 80 hours of community service, and other conditions. Ramir ez was also convicted of Failure to Report as a Sex Offender, a Class A misde meanor, and was sentenced to 180 days incarceration with 180 days suspended, 24 months bench probation, comply with sex offender registration requirements, and complete 40 hours of community service. Total fines, fees, and assessments were $1,493. -Brent Chester Par- diso, 38, was convicted of Theft in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 90 days incarceration with 60 days suspended, 18 months bench probation, other conditions, and pay $593 in fines, fees, and assessments. -Marvin Alex Pou- rier, 45, was convicted of Theft in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 180 days with 150 days sus pended, 18 months bench probation, and other con ditions. Pourier was also convicted of Criminal Tres pass in the Second Degree, a Class C misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 180 days incarceration with 150 days suspended, 18 months bench probation, and other conditions. Total fines, fees, and assessments were $2,428.80. -Marvin Alex Pou rier, 45, was convicted of Theft in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor, $8,000 First Time Home buyer's Tax Credit Has Been Extended Until April 2010.
