MCSO re sponded and all illegal fireworks were soaked in water. -M CSO arrested Mark Jerry Charles Baugh man, 33, for a restraining order violation. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO cited Lee Seth B erlinsky, 59, for Failure to O bey Traffic Control Device, Failure to Carry Registration. -M CSO arrested Victoria Ann Normandin, 52, for DUII and BAC refusal. She was cited and released. -M CSO received report of illegal fireworks in Irrigon. -M CSO received report o f a female black lab hit by a vehicle in Lex ington. -MCSO received report o f a fight in progress at a Lexington residence. MCSO arrested Christina Lynn Guisti, 29, for a pro bation violation-no intoxi cating beverages. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. MCSO arrested Gene Ray Ball, 29, for Harassm ent-domestic violence. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -M C SO arrested Stephen Ray Partlow, 62, for DUII. He was cited and released. -M CSO received report of several cars from California that are driving around attempting to start fights in Boardman. MCSO responded, but was unable to locate any fighting. -M CSO received report that two vehicles were on the football field in lone. -M CSO received report o f a female pit bull in his yard in Heppner. The dog’s owner called and will pick up the dog. -M CSO received report o f a male subject in lone with a back injury due to an earlier alterca tion. The subject was just sleeping. -BPD received a fireworks complaint. -BPD cited Maria Elena Munoz, 43, for Vio lation of the Speed Limit, four counts o f Failure to Wear Seatbelt-child. -B P D o f f ic e r w arned a subject for illegal fireworks. -BPD received re port o f a missing 43-year- old male. He was located. -BPD received re port from subjects whose v e h ic le w as s c ra tc h e d while they were watching fireworks at the park. July 5: M orrow S heriff’s Office received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that she was get ting threats from a male subject that he was going to show up at her property to pick up his son. The subject said the man was on drugs and has warrants against him. She had him trespassed from the prop erty via phone. It was a custodial issue. She was advised to call 911 if he showed up. -M CSO received report o f a lost B rindle Boxer dog in lone that is scared o f men. -M CSO received report o f graffiti with eight to 10-inch high letters on S.W. 2nd Street in Irrigon. -M CSO received report from a Heppner sub ject that her daughter has her belongings at another su b je c t’s house and she would like to get them. -M CSO received report that two vehicles got gas to g e th e r at the Heppner station and drove off without paying. Caller believed it was just a mis understanding as to who was to pay. -M CSO received rep o rt from a H eppner female that her soon-to-be ex-husband was violating the restraining order she had against him. D epu ties made contact and it was determ ined that the restraining order was no lo n g er v alid. The m ale subject retrieved the rest of his belongings and left the residence with a friend. -M CSO received report o f a big plume of smoke in the area o f Bomb ing R ange and A lpine. B oardm an Fire D ep art m ent advised it was just heavy dust in the area. -M CSO received report of a possible DUII d riv in g from U m a tilla C o u n ty to B o a rd m a n . M CSO arrested H iginio R aygoza P alos, 31, for DUII. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -M C SO arrested Craig M ichael Scott, 26, for Harassment, Interfer ing with a Police Officer and Disorderly Conduct. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $19,500 bail. -M CSO received report o f a female subject walking down Hwy. 730 in Boardm an in her un derclothes and no shoes. MCSO responded and fe male said she was fine and did not want a ride. -M CSO received request from an Irrigon w om an th a t she w ould like her impounded vehicle released from her DUII charge from the previous night. MCSO advised that she had to wait 12 hours before the car could be released. -Boardman Police Department reported that a subject had flagged an officer down. The subjects I were repossessing a car and were looking for it. They said they would call BPD if they located the car. -BPD received re port that an officer was flagged down and prop erty belonging to a female handed over to him. -BPD received two complaints o f noise. July 6: M orrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received a report from the Pioneer Memorial Hospital maintenance staff that they found a brown and white hamster in the front yard o f the hospital. -MCSO cited Mi chael Scott Larmann, 19, for driving 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received report that M arvin Alex Pourier, 45, was arrested by Tri-M et Police on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Failure to A ppear/D riv- ing While Suspended. He was lodged at Multnomah County Jail. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that an 18-year- old male was riding a gas scooter in the area, weav ing in and out o f traffic. She said she w as c o n cerned for his safety. A deputy checked the area and was unable to locate a gas scooter. He did locate an electric scooter, but they were legal. -M CSO received report o f a subject in Irri gon. Reporter was not sure as to what he was doing. The subject had crashed a kite and was looking for the kite parts. -M CSO received report o f a semi-truck go ing 75 mph on 1-84 and another report o f a semi truck that alm ost drove the reporter o ff the road and was refu sin g to let him pass. The suspect and the reporter pulled off at Boardm an and a deputy contacted both parties. The issue may have been going both ways. -M CSO received report of a possible car ac cident near the reporter’s property on Hwy. 730 in Ir rigon. Oregon State Police arrested Jose Carmen Her nandez Hernandez, 23, on probable cause charges of two counts o f Assault III. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO , B oard- man Police D epartm ent, Irrig o n A m b u lan ce re ceived report o f a verbal dispute in Irrigon with the male subject threatening to shoot the fem ale and “ lots o f w eapons” in the bedroom. MCSO arrested Howard Ray Hall, 58, on probable cause charges of two counts o f M enacing and D isorderly Conduct. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $15,000 bail. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that his plates were stolen off his truck and tires and wheels stolen from his Firebird. -Boardman Police D epartm ent received re port from a female that she heard glass breaking inside her house and the sound that the subjects seemed to be dragging something inside. -B P D c o d e e n forcement notified a sub ject that she needed to have approximately 20 chickens and four roosters removed from her yard or she would get a citation. -BPD received re port from a subject that he heard through other persons that a boy killed a dog because he thought it was the devil. -BPD received re port of loud music at a resi dence which is an ongoing problem. The reporter be lieved they should be cited this time. -BPD, Boardman Ambulance received report from a female that her 42- year-old husband was hav ing a seizure. Boardman A m b u lan ce resp o n d e d , but the p atien t refu sed transport. -BPD received re port o f a 47-year-old fe male with a possible heart attack. July 7 : M orrow County S h e riff’s O ffice received a 911 hang-up/ abandoned call. The sub ject advised that her ex boyfriend came into her house through her bedroom w indow and she requested a deputy to respond. A deputy responded and the subject was given a cour tesy ride home. -M CSO received report that someone in a red pickup was hanging around the Heppner pool over the weekend and ha rassing people. -M CSO received report that the restrooms at the day use park/boat launch area on W illow Creek Rd. The reporter- caretaker said he was work ing to fix the problems and was going to be on site most o f the morning. He said everything was okay at 5 p.m. the previous night. -M CSO received report that juveniles at the Irrigon park damaged the door and did other vandal ism. The reporter adv ised that he told them to leave, but they were not leaving. -M CSO received report o f a hold-up alarm at the Bank o f Eastern Or egon in Heppner. It was a false alarm. -MCSO received a request for contact from an Irrigon subject concerning getting her vehicle released from impound. The vehicle was released. -M CSO received report that a switch on a breaker was tripped and started a fire at a home on Hwy. 74 near Heppner. -M CSO received rep o rt from an Irrig o n w om an th a t a ju v e n ile male stole her grandson’s bike. The bike had been returned, but the suspect had been making threats. A deputy spoke to all par ties and the issue was re solved. -M CSO received report o f a m are w ith a white star and a small pony or foal on the road in Irrig on. The owner responded. -M CSO received report o f a 55-year-old m ale vom iting blood in Irrigon. -M CSO received report that a couple with two babies in a carriage threatening violence to ward each other in Hep pner. -Boardman Police D epartm ent, B oardm an A m bulance received re port o f a fem ale crying with pain and num bness in her neck and face. She was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -BPD received re port o f a possible transient in the area. -BPD received re port of a back door alarm at a boutique in Boardman. The subject forgot to secure one of the inner doors. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman wom an that her vehicle was broken into and her speakers were stolen. The speakers were found at a neighbor’s residence and caller then believed it was a prank and no longer needed an office. -B o ard m an Fire Departm ent received re port of a grass fire growing rapidly off the freeway on 1-84 I
