subject said the man was
on drugs and has warrants
against him. She had him
trespassed from the prop­
erty via phone. It was a
custodial issue. She was
advised to call 911 if he
showed up.

received a report from the
Pioneer Memorial Hospital
maintenance staff that they
found a brown and white
hamster in the front yard
o f the hospital.

chael Scott Larmann, 19,
for driving 79 mph in a 55
mph zone.

Pourier, 45, was arrested
by Tri-M et Police on an
Irrigon Justice Court war­
rant for Failure to Pay Fine/
Failure to A ppear/D riv-
ing While Suspended. He
was lodged at Multnomah
County Jail.

woman that an 18-year-
old male was riding a gas
scooter in the area, weav­
ing in and out o f traffic.
She said she w as c o n ­
cerned for his safety. A
deputy checked the area
and was unable to locate a
gas scooter. He did locate
an electric scooter, but they
were legal.

gon. Reporter was not sure
as to what he was doing.
The subject had crashed
a kite and was looking for
the kite parts.

report o f a semi-truck go­
ing 75 mph on 1-84 and
another report o f a semi­
truck that alm ost drove
the reporter o ff the road
and was refu sin g to let
him pass. The suspect and
the reporter pulled off at
Boardm an and a deputy
contacted both parties. The
issue may have been going
both ways.

cident near the reporter’s
property on Hwy. 730 in Ir­
rigon. Oregon State Police
arrested Jose Carmen Her­
nandez Hernandez, 23, on
probable cause charges of
two counts o f Assault III.

dispute in Irrigon with the
male subject threatening
to shoot the fem ale and
“ lots o f w eapons” in the
bedroom. MCSO arrested
Howard Ray Hall, 58, on
probable cause charges of
two counts o f M enacing
and D isorderly Conduct.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $15,000
bail.

report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that his plates were
stolen off his truck and tires
and wheels stolen from his
Firebird.
-Boardman Police

port from a female that she
heard glass breaking inside
her house and the sound
that the subjects seemed
to be dragging something
inside.

forcement notified a sub­
ject that she needed to have
approximately 20 chickens
and four roosters removed
from her yard or she would
get a citation.
-BPD received re­
port from a subject that
he heard through other
persons that a boy killed a
dog because he thought it
was the devil.
-BPD received re­
port of loud music at a resi­
dence which is an ongoing
problem. The reporter be­
lieved they should be cited
this time.

from a female that her 42-
year-old husband was hav­
ing a seizure. Boardman

July 7 : M orrow
County S h e riff’s O ffice
received a 911 hang-up/
abandoned call. The sub­
ject advised that her ex­
boyfriend came into her
house through her bedroom
w indow and she requested
a deputy to respond. A
deputy responded and the
subject was given a cour­
tesy ride home.
-M CSO received
report that someone in a
red pickup was hanging
around the Heppner pool
over the weekend and ha­
rassing people.
-M CSO received
report that the restrooms
at the day use park/boat
launch area on W illow
Creek Rd. The reporter-
caretaker said he was work­
ing to fix the problems and
was going to be on site
most o f the morning. He
said everything was okay at
5 p.m. the previous night.
-M CSO received
report that juveniles at the
Irrigon park damaged the
door and did other vandal­
ism. The reporter adv ised
that he told them to leave,
but they were not leaving.
-M CSO received
report o f a hold-up alarm
at the Bank o f Eastern Or­
egon in Heppner. It was a
false alarm.

request for contact from an
Irrigon subject concerning
getting her vehicle released
from impound. The vehicle
was released.

report that a switch on a
breaker was tripped and
started a fire at a home on
Hwy. 74 near Heppner.

male stole her grandson’s
bike. The bike had been
returned, but the suspect
had been making threats.
A deputy spoke to all par­
ties and the issue was re­
solved.

on. The owner responded.

report o f a 55-year-old

Irrigon.

report that a couple with
two babies in a carriage
threatening violence to­
ward each other in Hep­
pner.

The subject forgot to secure
one of the inner doors.

was broken into and her
speakers were stolen. The
speakers were found at a
neighbor’s residence and
caller then believed it was a
prank and no longer needed
an office.
