MCSO ar rested a 40-y ear-old subject on a W ashington County Circuit Court warrant for Parole Violation Attempt ing A ssau lt IV. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail w ith no bail. -M C SO received report o f kids playing in bams and buildings at the fairg ro u n d s in H eppner w ith baseballs and bats. D eputy advised them to leave. -M CSO received request for extra patrol in the Chase St./W illow St. area in Heppner after mid night with lots of kids in the area screaming loudly and a suspicious character in a pickup. -M CSO received report from a Boardman woman that her neighbor is not spaying or neutering his cats and they are over running the area. She was advised o f her options. -M C SO received req u e st from an Irrigon subject for a welfare check on his 1 5 -y ea r-o ld son whom he last had contact with early that morning. A deputy responded and the son is fine. A family feud had occurring and a subject had been calling and harass ing them, so that was why they were not answering the phone. -M C SO received report of a vehicle parked an area for a while and a possible domestic dispute in progress in Irrigon. A deputy located the vehicle and determined that a sister and brother-in-law were having a conversation with no domestic dispute. -M CSO received report o f a teenage male who had come up to the caller’s residence in Hep pner and asked if a subject was there. S everal kids w ere in back o f the pickup. The d riv e r w as w arned for failure to register the vehicle and failure to use seatbelt. The youngest juve nile was w arned for curfew violation. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that an individual would be going to a property, but they w eren’t allowed to be there. A deputy contacted the individual and advised him. -Boardman Police Department arrested Gusta vo Escobar Velasquez, 27, on a Morrow County Sher if f ’s O ffice w arrant and local charges o f ID Theft, Failure to Carry and Pres ent, Possession o f a Forged Instrument and Providing False Information to a Po lice Officer. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail w ith $28,500 bail. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f three juveniles tearing a bike apart. The bike was ow ned by one o f the juveniles and it had broken. -BPD received re quest from Kennewick Po lice Departm ent to check for a vehicle involved in a hit and run in Kennew ick. -BPD received re port from a wom an who says her neighbors were harassing her 16-year-old son. She said they yell at him and accuse him of driv ing too fast. -B o a rd m a n F ire D epartm ent received re quest from the Lexington Fire Department for mutual aid for a brush fire. -Boardman Ambu lance received report from a subject who said his son had a cut finger and father was driv ing him to the Shell Station. The patient refused transport. -H eppner A m bu lance, Heppner Fire Depart ment received report o f a vehicle with its nose in a ditch. The vehicle was not located and the ambulance cancelled. June 17: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report from an Irrigon man that a female subject was leaving the resi dence with their four-year- old child. The caller had a restraining order against the female. Ann Briceno, 31, was arrested for Violation o f a Restraining Order and Interfering with a Report. Bail was set at $11,000. -M CSO received report of a male and female in lone were fighting and screaming at each other. -M CSO received report o f a pickup facing east-bound in the w e st bound shoulder on 1-84 in Boardm an. A deputy re sponded and advised it was a non-injury accident and the vehicle was locked. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon wom an that som eone cut the chain and lock on her sons’ bike and stole the bike. She reported that someone threatened him the previous day and added that she has five kids and bikes and his was the only one stolen. -M CSO received report o f an adult female and two children who hid behind sagebrush west of the r e p o rte r’s property. Cindy Ranette W hitbeck, 37, was arrested on a Baker County Circuit Court war rant for Failure to Appear on M isdem eanor Treatm ent/ Felony. Ve hicle is believed to be dis abled. -M C SO received report o f an unwanted per son at a residence, possibly a burglary in progress. The burglary was unfounded. A deputy made contact with the juveniles involved and their parents. -M C SO received report o f a dog caught in a trap at the Irrigon High School. A deputy was un able to locate the dog or the trap. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sub ject who said he was watch ing his neighbor’s two chil dren as the neighbor was in the hospital. He wanted to return them to her house, but the babysitter there said “N o” because they were having a party. There was no party at the residence and everyone was in bed. -M C SO received report o f a trespasser at the marina. A deputy was un able to locate anyone. -MCSO, Boardman Ambulance, Boardman Fire Department received report from a subject that they had driven off the road on 1-84 in Boardman. No one was injured and the vehicle did not roll. A deputy responded and OSP took the case. -Boardman Police Department officer reported he was out at a location talk ing to the owners regarding building a porch without a permit. The code officer talked with the owner and advised her that she needed to take the building down as it was not up to code and must go to city hall to get a permit. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received report o f a m ale subject w ho had problems with his catheter. He w as transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. June 18: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report o f a vehicle blacked out and appeared to be hidden between stor age sheds on Tower Road/ Kunze Rd., Boardman. -M CSO received report o f a peacock walk ing dow n C hurch St. in H eppner headed tow ard Main St. -MCS) served Car rie Ann B oylan, 29, an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Failure to Appear. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO received report o f Chihuahuas not taken care o f a one that appeared to be starving in Irrigon. The ow ner was warned for dogs at large. -M C SO received rep o rt o f an ag g ressiv e Pinscher in Irrigon that is out every day. -M C SO a rre ste d Hiram Parker Vickery, 47, on a violation o f no contact order-second violation. He was lodged at U m atilla County Jail w ith $7,500 bail. -M C SO received report from an irate male who said he was going to Morrow County to end it all with the deputies who "w on’t get a handle on a juvenile female.” He stated the she was screaming false information and the cops were turning a blind eye to prostitution. The call was unfounded. -MCSO received a report o f a subject driving around Heppner without a license. -M CSO received report o f a four-year-old locked in a bathroom in Heppner. -M C SO received report of a threat to harm m inors in H eppner who were in contact w ith a male who was arrested for sex abuse o f a minor. -M C SO received request for a deputy to assist in a transport from the hos pital to the senior center. -M CSO received report from juveniles who came into the sheriff's of fice and said that a Heppner woman had stopped them, asked them who they were and how old they were and then started cussing them out and told them not to ask people for rides. The juveniles said they had not done anything. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that the neighbor’s dog was getting on his property even though the neighbor had been w arned by the sheriff’s office in the past. The caller advised that the neighbor was threatening his dog with an iron bar. A deputy responded and the neighbors worked out an agreement. -M C SO received report of possible marijuana plants sprouting up in Irrig on. A deputy responded and determined the plant “was a weed, but not w eed.” -M CSO received report o f criminal mischief in Irrigon. -M C SO received report of possible drag rac ing in Boardman. A deputy responded and was unable to locate any vehicles. -MCSO deputy re ported he made contact w ith three juveniles in Heppner and advised them that cur few is midnight. -Boardman Police Department received report from a Boardm an w om an who said her grandson w anted to quit sum m er school and was refusing to go. -BPD spoke to sev eral ho m eo w n ers about trees hanging over the road way and code violations. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman female that her bike was stolen. -BPD cited Chris topher R. Christiansen, 19, for Driving Uninsured. -H eppner A m bu lance received a report of a male w ith an injury to his abdomen. The patient was to be transported by private vehicle and was to intercept the am b u lan ce. He was transported to Pioneer Me morial Hospital and taken by Airlink. Heppner Fire Department responded to secure the landing zone. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received report from an Irrigon woman that her husband passed out and fell. An EMT responded. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received report from an Irrigon subject that his wife was having difficulty breathing. The patient was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital. -B o a rd m a n F ire D epartm ent received re port o f a vehicle fire at Three Mile Farms. MCSO assisted. -B o a rd m a n Fire Department received sev eral calls regarding a con trolled burn at Wilson Road RV Park. Everything was under control.
