This is a Morrow Coun ty Public Works Project and funded with Morrow County funds. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is re quired with the proposal. Performed and Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract bid amount will be required of the successful bidder. The County will award the contract within twenty (20) calendar days of the bid opening. He wanted information on his options. -MCSO received report from a H eppner subject that there was a kid he did not want on his property. -MCSO received report of a Heppner woman receiving unwanted text messages and someone was calling and scaring her. The complainant later advised it was a friend playing a joke. -M CSO, Board- man Fire Department re ceived multiple calls about a red car on fire on 1-84 near Boardman. MCSO assisted Oregon State Police. -MCSO received report from a subject at the Irrigon Marina who said they found what appeared to be a crack pipe in the bathroom. -MCSO received report of a subject traveling around 40 mph all over the road on Highway 730 in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of a subject taking photos of a MCSO deputy and his vehicle with a cell phone camera in Irrigon. -MCSO received report that a female had picked up checks for a Boardman man and was now refusing to give them back to him. She requested deputy contact. -MCSO arrested Jeffery Layton Homes, 37, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Sus pended. The subject said his speed ometer did not work. -BPD received re port of kids between eight and 10 years old playing in the middle of the road and appeared to be running into the roadway to try to scare drivers. -BPD cited Santa Veronica Vazquez Gonza lez, 24, for Failure to Use Seatbelt (Child Endan- germent), No O perator’s License and Driving Un insured. The vehicle was impounded. -BPD cited Ken neth Wayne Twidwell, 41, for Driving Uninsured. The subject was transported. -Heppner Ambu lance received report of a subject who was dizzy and fell. The subject was transported. June 16: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report that Brian Keith Osborne, 24, turned himself into the Pendleton Police Department and was arrested on a circuit court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Posses sion of Cocaine. Bail was set at $30,000. -MCSO received report of criminal mischief at Willow Creek Park in Heppner. A bench was broken and other damaged was done to the park. -MCSO received report from an lone subject about an on-going issue with his neighbor's cattle. Complainant would like to speak with a deputy. -MCSO received report from a Heppner man that a Chihuahua just killed four chickens. -MCSO received report that the Eugene Po lice Department arrested Cory Allen Coppedge, 23, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Driving While Sus pended. He was lodged at Land County Jail with $6,000 bail. -MCSO received report from an anonymous Boardman subject that he knew the location of a 27- year-old female who was wanted and on the Umatilla County Sheriff's Office most wanted list. -MCSO received report of a possible coyote problem in Boardman. The caller had lost a duck and two cats. He was referred to Fish & Wildlife. -MCSO received report of suspicious sub jects in a white van with Florida plates near the Forest Service Building in Heppner. According to reports. Boardman Police Department had made con tact with the same vehicle the previous day. They were going door-to-door selling window cleaner.
