Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon S h eriffs Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports han dling the following busi ness: M arch 26 co nt.: -MCSO received a report from a subject in Boardman who said that his father met a female and the subject w as trying to get her to leave but she w ouldn't. Deputy advised it was a civil issue and they need to go the civil route to evict her -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that the neighbor’s turkeys were in her yard again. Deputy made contact with the turkeys’ owners, who have 20-30 wild tur keys. -M C SO received a report from a subject in B oardm an w ho advised that a female harassed him and made it impossible to do his paper route. He said that she was yelling at him that he owed her daughter money and when he said “no,’ she began pounding on the hood of his car. He said his dad was disabled and his step mother refused to buy them feed. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $13,500 bail. -Boardman Police D ep artm en t c ite d E lder Donaldo Alarcon de Men dez, 20, for No Operator’s License. -Irrigon Ambulance re ceived report of an elderly female with an unknown medical problem in Ir rigon. The subject refused medical attention. M arch 28: T he Morrow County Sheriff’s Office and Boardman Po lice Departm ent received report from a Boardm an man that his ex-girlfriend was assaulted by a male subject. BPD arrested Mi chael A nthony M ullikin, 25, for Assault IV-DV-mis- demeanor. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -M C S O , B P D , B o a rd m a n F ire D e p t., Boardman Ambulance re c eiv ed rep o rt o f a r o ll over on Tower Road near the Tagarres Lane turnoff. There were no injuries and no property damage. -MCSO cited Glo- rene Mae Lesperance, 56, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that the neighbors were kicking the wall and it had been going on for three days. MCSO will contact the manager if the situation continues. -M CSO received report o f two male subjects who told the reporter that the bikes on her porch were stolen and they belonged to them. -M CSO received report from a Lexington subject that her mom and dad had a fight and pushed her into a speaker. He was also arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court Warrant for Driving While Suspended with $6,000 bail. -BPD received re port o f two male subjects assaulted at an apartment complex in Boardman. -BPD cited H ec tor David Rizo Lopez, 32, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD received re port o f a fem ale subject ringing another p erso n ’s doorbell for the past half hour and a male subject with her threatening the re porter concerning a dispute over money. -BPD cited Chris topher Dewayne Schneider, 26, for Reckless Driving. -H eppner A m bu lance transported a subject from Lexington. -Boardman Ambu lance received request for an ambulance for a male assault victim. The subject refused transport. March 29: -MCSO arrested Yvan L eonardo De Le Lima Colastro, 29, on PC charges of failure to carry and present. -MCSO received a theft complaint involving a green Redline BMX. -MCSO received a driving complaint with the caller stating that a vehicle was swerving on the road and several subjects were passing a bottle o f alcohol back and forth. OSP, UCSO, and HPD were notified. -BPD receiv ed a 911 call from a male subject advising that he needed help and then hung up the phone. BPD, M CSO and EMS were en route. -BPD arrested Lau rel Deloris Groce, 43, on a Umatilla County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear/possession of meth- amphetamine and DU1I. -BPD issued a ci tation to male subject for driving w hile suspended violation. -Irrigon Ambulance received a 911 call from a male subject w ho had fallen and he believed that his wrist, which was bleeding, was possibly broken. The subject was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. March 30: -MCSO received a report o f three m ale ju v e n ile s w alking with a firearm. A deputy made contact with the ju veniles who stated that they were looking for a place to shoot and were advised that they could not shoot firearms on city and refuge property. The juveniles ad vised that they would go to private property. -MCSO received a report of telephonic harass ment. The reporter stated that he received calls telling him that his bank account was about to be closed and in order for the account not to be deleted he needed to give them his account number. When he refused the caller became verbally abusive. The reporter then called the bank to advise them about what had hap pened. The caller stated that her daughter and daughter’s boyfriend were harassing her father via the phone and internet. -M C SO received a theft com plaint from a female subject who stated that she came home and her husband’s tailgate had been stolen off o f his truck. -MCSO received a theft complaint from sub ject who stated that a bike was stolen from the skate park in Irrigon. -BPD arrested Mi chael Anthony M ulliken, 25, for violation o f release agreem ent/no contact, no possession or consume al cohol, local charges/menac- ing, harassment, and assault IV dom. -H eppner A m bu lance transported a patient to Kadlec. -H ep p n er A m bu lance received an EMS call regarding a female who had fallen and hit her head. The subject was transported to P io n eer M em orial H os pital. -B o a rd m a n A m bulance received an EMS call regarding a female 23 weeks pregnant with sharp abdom inal pain. B oard- man Ambulance responded. Boardman PD and MCSO assisted. -Boardman Ambu lance received an EMS call regarding a female that had a seizure. The female was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital. M arch 31: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report from a subject on Spring Hollow R oad/U pper Rhea Creek that someone had gone up his road, which is closed this time o f year, used his equipm ent to pull them selves out without permis sion and broke his fence. He advised that they did repair the fence. -M CSO received re p o rt o f an e m p lo y e e threatened by another em ployee at a Boardman busi ness. -M CSO received report o f a “huge pile of tum blew eeds” taking up one lane of traffic on High way 74 near lone. -M C SO received report o f roofing boards with nails on them coming off the buildings at the old Kinzua site near Heppner. -M C SO received report o f a subject travel ing at a high rate of speed on Hwy. 74 near Heppner. MCSO cited Cesar Damian Calvillo Calderon, 24, for Driving While Suspended- violation, 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. The report was cancelled. -M C SO received report o f damage to a rail road tie beam with paint transfer from a vehicle and a property sign dow n, pos sible a hit and run. -Boardman Police Department received report from a Boardman woman that her husband was threat ening to do something, but she couldn’t advise authori ties because he was in the room with her. An officer responded and determined it was a v erbal dispute. -B P D a r r e s t e d Jam es K enneth E llison, 38, for Failure to Appear. He was released on his own recognizance with $33,451 bail. -BPD cited Danay Ray Reed, Jr., 31, for Driv ing U ninsured/Failure to Fumish/Failure to Change Address. -Irrigon Fire De partm ent received report from an Irrigon man that there w as a fire in his neigh b o r’s field. Two units re sponded. - Irrig o n A m b u lance received report from a 72-year-old female that she was having chest, throat and stomach pain. She was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital. -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report of a 55-year-old female who had recently been ill who had collapsed. She was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital. April 1: The Mor row County Sheriff’s Office cited Isidro Torrez Billa- grana, 25, for Disobeying Traffic Control Device. -M CSO received report of a blind paint horse loose in Boardman. Officers put the horse back into the pasture. -MCSO cited Rus sell Earl Knight, 70, for Vi olation o f the Speed Limit, 36 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO contacted an Irrigon woman concern ing code enforcement. The wom an said she has not had water for five months and believed she had a hose hooked up. There was no hose hooked up. -M C S O c ite d a male subject, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received report from a subject on Clarks Canyon Rd. in Hep pner that a cam o-paint- ed S co u t w as c ru is in g the neighborhood and he thought it was suspicious. -M CSO received report o f possible animal abuse in Irrigon with a horse that looked very underfed. It was determined that the horse was a rescued horse on anti-worming m edica tion and antibiotics and on a diet o f hay and grain. -MCSO received a report o f a vehicle involved in a three-vehicle accident. -M C SO received report of a wallet found on Main Street in Heppner in front of the new bank. The wallet was turned in at the sheriff’s office. -M C SO received report o f an Irrigon man who said he had received multiple calls from a male subject w ho had been threat ening him. saying that bad things were going to happen and to expect to get hurt soon. Subjects w ere advised not to call each other or they would be charged w ith tele phone harassment. -M C SO received report that an unknow n male in a hoodie seen be hind a trailer at an Irrigon residence.
