The top four contestants in each event earn points towards year-end awards. All competitors that have at least 50% participation are awarded prizes at year end. T here is one m ore double-header scheduled for Sunday, May 3, beginning at noon. Feb. 1: M o rro w C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report o f a subject who was in a verbal non physical dispute with her mother-in-law. Four chil dren were in the house. -MCSO cited Mar vin Naun Guerra Regalado, 40, for Providing a Vehicle to an Unlicensed Driver. -M C S O re c e iv e d re q u e st from an Irrigon subject who broke up with his girlfriend and wants his key back. She refused and subject wanted a deputy to tell him his rights. -MCSO received re port from an Irrigon woman that w hile her kids were walking home from school som e ju v e n ile s a p p ro x i mately the same as pelted them with rocks, resulting in an egg-size wound on her daughter’s eye. She said the sub ject watched it awhile, then left, then made a U-turn and came back. -B oardm an Police Department responded to a report o f a lawn mower theft at the Hab Doc Apart ments. -BPD received re port from a Boardman sub ject that she had received harassing phone calls from tw o or three intoxicated individuals. Feb. 4: M o rro w County Sheriff’s Office re ceived report from Portland Police that they arrested Deandra Lynn A llen, 27, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear. She was lodged at Multnomah County Jail with $270 bail. -MCSO received a transfer call from Benton C ounty where an Irrigon male wanted to go to jail un til his court date because he couldn’t stand the arguing in his house. Daniel Joseph Avila, 21, was arrested on four Umatilla County war rants: Failure to A ppear/ Driving While Suspended- misdemeanor; FTA/DUII; FTA/Criminal M ischief II; Aggravated Theft I, Posses sion o f a Stolen Vehicle, Un authorized Use o f a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Mis chief KK. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $180,000 bail. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received report o f a prowler at an Irrigon residence where a woman was home alone with her kids. BPD responded and was unable to locate anyone, but the woman told him that someone had made entrance into the residence and turned on a light inside. -MCSO cited a male subject, for Violation of the Speed Lim it, d riving 30 mph in a 20 mph zone. He was also warned for failure to yield for an emergency vehicle. -MCSO cited Kacy John Childers, 26, for Vio lation o f the Basic Rule, driving 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was also cited for throwing away burning ma terial on the roadway. -MCSO arrested Jo seph Everett Mack, 47, for Domestic Violence Harass m ent. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -MCSO received re quest from the Grand Rapids Police Dept, for assistance in the arrest o f a subject in M orrow C ounty. M CSO arrested Rodney Allen Eh- rmantraut, 32, on a Grand Rapids warrant for Criminal Sexual Conduct I, and two counts o f Criminal Sexual Conduct II. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO received re port that Umatilla County arrested Dale Patrick Davis, 31, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear/ No Angling. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $753 bail. -MCSO cited Blan ca D elia M unoz, 30, for Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance. -lo n e E m erg en cy received report from a 78- year-old lone man that he could not move and had been in the same place since the morning. He said that he had a heart attack followed by a stroke. He was trans ported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. Feb. 2: M o rro w C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice cited Francisco Trinidad Hernandez, 39, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited a fe male subject for Violation of the Speed Limit, 37 mph in a 20 mph zone and Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance. -M C SO re c e iv e d report o f a mother dog and pups dumped on Gooseberry Rd. -MCSO received a purse from an Irrigon sub ject who said he found it buried behind his house. -MCSO received re port o f houses being starv ed and neglected and subjects dumping garbage on prop erty in Irrigon. -M C S O a rre s te d Manuel Verduzco, 45, with agency assist in G illiam County on a Morrow Coun ty Circuit Court warrant for two counts o f Possession o f a Controlled Substance, felony Possession o f a Fire arm and Theft I. -MCSO received re port that Hermiston Police Dept, arrested a male subject on an Irrigon Justice Court for Failure to Pay Fine/Driv- ing While Suspended. He was given a court date and released. -B oardm an Police Dept, cited Maria Rosario Velasco De. Arias, 52, for Failure to Seatbelt Child. -BPD cited a female subject for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. -BPD received re port o f a group o f juveniles hanging out in the vicinity o f Marshall Loop and 2nd St. The officer spoke to three juveniles in the area. Feb. 6: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re ceived a panic alarm at the Irrigon judge’s office. It was a false alarm. -MCSO received re port of a door pried open and a welder taken out o f Tom’s TV in Heppner. -MCSO received re port o f six artificial Christ mas trees taken out o f an open trailer parked on Wil low and Main streets in Hep pner on January 22. -M C S O re c e iv e d report that Umatilla Police Dept, arrested Zachary D. Acock, 26, on a Heppner Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Con- tem pt o f C ourt. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $454 bail. -M C S O a rre s te d Stephen B ow les, 31, for H arassm ent w hile being served a restraining order. He was transported to Uma tilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -MCSO received re port that Malheur County S h e riff’s O ffice arrested Crystal Lynn Booth, 20, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Driving While Suspended. They were warned. -Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon Ambulance received report of fire shooting out of a chimney. Feb. 7: M o rro w C ounty S h e riff's O ffice received a request from an Irrigon subject who has a restraining order against her and wanted to retrieve be longings from a residence. -M CSO relayed a message from a woman who said she had found a wallet at the John Day McDonalds that belonged to someone attending the Heppner wres tling match. -MCSO received re port o f two kids under the age o f three running around in pajamas with no coats or hats in Heppner. An eight- year-old was supposed to be watching the kids. People driving by reported that they have had to stop to avoid hitting the kids. -M C SO re c e iv e d request for assistance with a landlord who said her ex-tenants were coming to get things they had left and she feared confrontation. MCSO made contact with the parties and determined it was a civil matter. -M C SO re c e iv e d report from a Boardm an subject that he had an older horse die in a field along with another 12 horses and some cattle. He reported that he would bury the horse, but wanted the MCSO to know in the event they got calls. -M C S O a rre s te d M ichael Dean Lynch, 50, on a parole and probation detainer warrant. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -B oardm an Police Dept, cited James Michael Thompson, 43. -BPD cited Hulfrano Lopez Ramirez, 32, for Vio lation o f the Speed Limit, driving 43 mph in a 30 mph zone. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance responded to a report o f a 55-year-old female who fell down the stairs.
