He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $10,000 bail. -M C S O a rre s te d Roy Chairez Castillo, 28, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/D riving W hile Sus pended. The w arrant was served while at U m atilla County Jail awaiting trans fer to work release. Bail was set at $302. -M C S O , B o a rd - man P olice D ep artm en t responded to a report from a Boardman woman who said her son had kicked her door in and was leaving threatening messages on her answering machine. Ryan Duwayne Payne, 29, was ar rested for Criminal Trespass 1 and Criminal Mischief II. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $12,000 bail. -MCSO cited Mel vin Lee McCarl, 46, for Fail ure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -M C S O a rre s te d Clarence Leroy Proctor, 56, for DUII and Driving While Suspended misdemeanor. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $12,000 bail. -MCSO received re port of 50 head of cattle on Highway 74 near lone. -MCSO received re port from an Irrigon woman that her 17-year-old daugh ter broke into the residence several times over the past nine days. It was unknown if property was taken. -MCSO arrested Ri cardo Reyes, 39, for Failure to A ppear/D riving While Suspended. He had been lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received re port o f a male subject who had fallen and was unable to get up. Deputy was unable to locate anyone. -Gresham Police ar rested Tom Raymond Car- roll, 25, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Providing Liquor to a Minor. He was lodged at Multnomah Coun ty Jail with $6,000 bail. -MCSO received re port of a domestic dispute in progress with a male walk ing back and forth and yell ing at the marina in Irrigon and a female crying. -BPD cited OlgaEs- pain Garcia for Violation of the Speed Limit, driving 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. Nov. 28: -M orrow County Sheriff’s Office re ceived report o f a male with dark hair and a black hoodie in his 40s who robbed a female at gunpoint. He was last seen driving west on Hwy. 730 to Irrigon. -M C SO cited A l lison Cornelia Lowe, 24, for No O perator’s license and endangering a child passenger. -MCSO cited Tyler Mason Bradfield, 23, for Driving While Suspended and No Insurance. The ve hicle was impounded. -MCSO received re port o f a vehicle on fire and the trunk smoking on Hwy. 730 in Irrigon. No one was injured and the car was not blocking traffic. -MCSO received re quest for deputy contact con cerning the theft o f clothes and shoes in Irrigon. -U m atilla C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice arrested K risti R ogers, 32, on a MCSO warrant. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $373 bail. -MCSO received re port o f someone spinning his vehicle around in the downtown Heppner area. -Boardm an Police Department cited Josefina Costeno Pantaleon, 30, for Driving with No Operator’s License. Nov. 29: -Morrow C ounty S h e riff's O ffice received report o f two hunt ers w ith dogs on the caller’s property near the fence line of a safety zone in Irrigon. -M C SO re c e iv e d report o f a subject whose identity was stolen. -MCSO received re port that hunters left a rifle leaning against a fence in Boardman. -M C SO re c e iv e d report o f stolen checks in Irrigon. One subject was in custody. -MCSO received a 911 hang-up call from an Irrigon address. On call back a female subject said that her cousin was choking, but was okay. The ambulance was refused. -MCSO received re port that Oregon State Po lice arrested Tomas Santiago Contreras-Ramirez, 24, for D riving W hile S u sp en d ed misdemeanor. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -MCSO cited Zijad Alic, 50, for Violation o f the Speed Limit, driving 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. -B oardm an Police Department cited Camerin Lee Chavalla, 20, for Viola tion of the Speed Limit, 55 mph in a 35 mph zone, and Driving While Suspended violation. -BPD received report o f four kids at the Boardman Marina playing with air guns and alm ost hitting other people. - B P D ci t ed Sara Anna Kinersly, 38, for Fail ure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -BPD received re port of a male walking down Boardman Avenue acting crazy and flashing a red light at people. An officer was un able to locate anything. -Boardman A m bu lance received report o f a two-year-old male bleeding from the head. Nov. 30: -a Morrow County Sheriff’s deputy re sponded to a call o f a male subject lying beside a car in Heppner. The deputy helped the man, who was intoxi cated, into a trailer where he was staying. -MCSO received re port of a vehicle, owned by the complainant’s deceased mother, missing from an Ir rigon residence. -MCSO received re port of a 16-year-old Irrigon girl who didn’t come home the previous night. Her sister said she was with friends and w ouldn't come home. She said her dad would re port her as a runaway if she didn’t return. She eventually returned about 6:45 p.m. -B oardm an Police Department cited Jose Trini dad De La Torre, 47, for Vi olation of the Speed Limit, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. -BPD cited Steven Andrew Meyer, 20, for Vio lation of the Speed Limit, 98 mph in a 65 mph zone. -BPD received re port from a woman that her husband assaulted her over the past three hours, chok ing her and taking the house phone away from her so she could not call for help. BPD arrested J. Roberto Men- doz, 32, on probable cause charges o f Strangulation, Interfering with Making a 911 call. Harassment and kidnapping. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $65,000 bail. -Boardman Fire De partment received report of a semi truck tipped over on 1-84, non-blocking. No one was injured and three per sons refused transport.
