On Thursday, February 14, Heppner Junior/Senior High School not only recognized and celebrated Valentine’s Day, but also Attendance Legal Notice Deadline Pays. A tte n d a n c e Pays Mondays at 5 p.m. recognizes student’s d ili gence in attending school every day. Each student cannot have more than two excused absences or four tardies in any class per se mester. If a student achieves this lofty goal, they are awarded with a certificate and their name is placed into a hat to be drawn for a $50 savings bond.
