When the officer arrived the subject was gone. -H ep p n er A m b u lance received a report about a 42 year old male w ith chest pain. N ov. 22: -M C SO issued a citation to Lars Ivan James Wenberg, 28, for Failing to Perform Duties o f not a Driver. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Deborah A Lee, 49, for violating the Basic Rule by going 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Wayne Sharritt, 41, for violating the Speed Limit by going 85 mph in 65 mph zone. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Katrina Jo Lynn Fullerton, 29, for violating the Basic Rule by going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O arrested Amy Lee Riley, 25, on two Umatilla County warrants. The subject was also issued a citation for Driving While Suspended. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Joshua A Carpenter, 30, for violating the Basic Rule by going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a request regarding a welfare check on the reporter’s child. The reporter’s ex-boyfriend came and got the child ear lier in the week and had not heard from them. -Irrigon Ambulance received a report about a male subject who believed he might be choking on a peanut. The subject was able to talk but was having a little trouble breathing. -BPD received a re port about a girl between 2 and 2 Vi years old who was wandering the streets when found by the reporter. OSP w as notified. -MCSO received a report that the reporter’s 30 year old daughter was missing. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Trina M. Balderson, 37, for Maintaining a Dog as a Public Nuisance. -BPD issued a cita tion to a juvenile male for Not Operating with a Li cense and making an unlaw ful left turn. -BPD issued a cita tion to Curtis John Brennan, 56, for violating the Speed Limit. N ov. 26: -M C SO received a report that a Semi was vandalized, the tires were flattened. -MCSO received a report that som eon e had taken an axe and cut all the electrical wire o ff o f a Crusher. -MCSO received a report that a green jeep was driving too fast and almost hit the reporter. The reporter requested a warning to be given to the juvenile. A ver bal warning was issued to the subject for speed and Driving Habits. -MCSO received a report that the reporter’s house had been broken into and a Dell Lap Top Com puter was taken. There was no forced entry. The re porter requested contact; he thought he might know subjects that could have been involved. -MCSO received a report that som eone spun cookies in the football field in Heppner. -MCSO received a report that East o f the Coun ty Pit in Irrigon their Crusher had the wire stripped. -M C SO r e c e iv e d a report that the reporter thought her car had been broken into. There was not a forced entry. The reporter requested phone contact. -MCSO received a report about a theft o f a Diesel. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Brandon M W Richards, 23, for Passing in a No Passing Zone. -MCSO received a report that som eone had taken the reporter's U-bank card and several hundreds o f dollars w ere m issin g from her accounts. The card ended back up in her purse. -MCSO received a report that three Semi-trucks were in the ditch. The call was lost before finding out location. -B P D re c e iv e d a report that the reporter’s vehicle slid in the snow and accidentally hit a parked vehicle at DSE. -Boardman Ambu lance received a report about a 65 year old female who was short o f breath and had been for a couple o f days. www.
