Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports han dling the following business: Nov. 6: -MCSO re- ceived a report o f a house being broken into when the reporter was at work. -MCSO received a harassm ent com plaint o f kids going to school and be- ing hit by other students all the time and the school not doing anything about it. -MCSO received a report o f an audible burglary alarm. -MCSO received a report o f a fire at the in- tersection of Copple Butte Trail and Skookum Trail, two miles south o f Madison Butte. The Forest Service was advised. -BPD issued a cita- tion to John Lee Colescott, 48, for no operator’s license. The subject was also given a verbal warning for no brake lights or turn signals, -lrrigon Ambulance received a 911 call regard- ing a 59 year old male with rectal bleeding off and on, nausea, sweating and shock signs, -lrrigon Ambulance received a 911 call regard- ing an 85 year old male that got dizzy and sat down and then could not get back up. The patient advised that he did not believe he had hurt himself. Nov. 7 : -MCSO was notified that Jason Alen Bothwell, 22, was arrested by Hermiston PD on a cir- cuit court warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft I, Reckless Endangering another, and Criminal Trespass II. Estate REALTOR -MCSO arrested Ed ward Daniel Bagby, 61, for Driving While Suspended - Misdemeanor. The subject was also issued a citation for Driving Uninsured. Nov. 10: -M C SO issued a citation to Sabrina Lynn Payne, 21, for Violat ing the Speed Limit by going 81 mph in a 65 mph zone, and Driving Uninsured. -MCSO was notified that someone had written one o f the reporter’s checks at BiMart in Hermiston. The subject was advised that she would need to contact H erm iston PD since the fraud happened in Herm iston. The reporter stated that HPD told her to go to MCSO and file the report. MCSO advised her that they would prepare a report for her to take to the bank. -MCSO was notified o f juveniles running up and down the steps at the church and by houses and ringing doorbells. -MCSO was advised that there was drug activity going on at the reporter’s neighbor’s house. The re porter advised that subjects were smoking pot outside o f the residence. BPD and MCSO responded and dis covered that the call was completely unfounded. -Boardman Fire De partment was advised o f a controlled bum that was not called in. BFD responded and the fire was under con trol. -BPD received a re port o f a non-injury hit and run that occurred during the night with someone side- swiping the reporter’s car. Nov. 11: -M C SO issued a citation to Forrest M ichael O ’Brien, 33, for Violating the Speed Limit by going 83 mph in 65 mph zone. -MCSO received a 911 call regarding a non Nov. 8: -MCSO is physical between a father sued a citation to Monica and son. An ambu lance was requested. -Heppner Fire De partment received a fire call regarding flames and smoke coming out o f a chimney. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Shannon Darlene Johnson, 30, for Violation of the Basic Rule by going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO was n o ti fied that two teenage boys revved up their engine and tried to run her over. -MCSO received an animal complaint o f dogs chasing the com plainant’s c attle. The co m p lain an t stated that this was an ongo ing problem. Contact was made by a deputy and that a citation w ill be issued if it happens again. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Heather Colleen Thomas, 20, for Violation o f the Basic Rule by going 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Christopher, De- w ayne Scheider, 24, for Driving While Suspended violation. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Juan Carlos Jacobo Sepulveda, 25, for Violating the Speed Limit by going 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Guadencio Ladino Ferrer, 40, for Driving While Suspended violation. -BPD issued a ci tatio n to D eborah Lynn Wheeler, 24, for Failure to Stop and Remain Stopped for a Pedestrian. -BPD arrested Nora M arie Jim on a C latsop C ounty w arrant for PV/ DUII. -Boardman Ambu lance received a request for a transport from Columbia River Community Health S ervices. An am bulance was paged and a patient was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital. -Boardman Ambu lance received a call regard ing an unresponsive 67 year old female with medical problems. ure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles. -lrrigon Ambulance received a request for an ambulance for an 80 year old female with pains in the bladder area and legs. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -Heppner Fire De partment as paged out to secure the helipad landing zone for Air Life. -BPD was notified that a female subject had hired someone to assault the reporter’s husband, who had a broken nose, black eye, lump on the head, and an injured leg. -BPD arrested Jer emy Michael Carroll, 26, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear: Felony Possession o f a Restricted Weapon. -Boardman Fire De partment received a report o f a possible fire alarm at the elem entary school. It was determined to be a false alarm. Nov. 9: -MCSO is sued a citation to Daniel R. Walchi, 33, for No Opera to r’s License. -MCSO received a theft complaint of cash miss ing from the complainant’s home. MCSO responded. -MCSO received a report o f a pack o f dogs killing animals that had been left at a residence when the form er residents m oved. Linda Williams was issued a citation for animal aban donment. -MCSO was notified that a former employee o f a Boardman business was using the company name to order things for herself. The subject was paying for the items but was using the company name. MCSO re sponded and advised the fe male subject that she could not do that any longer. -MCSO was adv ised o f a disturbance between the reporter and his stepson. The male subject was mad that his children were in the care o f their grandparents. The reporter requested that a deputy settle the dispute. N ov 12: -M C SO was notified that the farm b u ild e r’s ro o f on Shobe Street in Heppner was get ting ready to fly off with all o f the wind. -MCSO was notified there was retread covering all west bound lanes in the Boardman area. -MCSO was notified o f a tree down in the area o f the Heppner Day Care. MCSO responded but was unable to locate the tree. -MCSO was notified o f the complete roof o f a bam being lifted and block ing Highway 74. MCSO and Heppner Fire Department responded. ODOT respond ed to remove debris. -MCSO received an animal neglect report o f a dog that had been tied to tree for four to five days with no food or water. The reporter stated that the people who lived there have been out o f two. -MCSO received a report of high winds causing dirt to blow across Highway 207. -MCSO received a report of a possible hazard caused by a piece o f wood used by the City o f Heppner to cover a whole that was dug for a new meter. -MCSO was notified o f a Fir tree falling and hit ting some lines as it came down. Columbia Basin was advised. -MCSO was notified o f a tree mostly blocking the roadway. -M CSO was n o ti fied that the road between 14-20 near the Wagon Trail Farms in Lexington had no visibility at all. -MCSO received a report o f large am ounts o f tum blew eeds blocking the entrance into the boat launch at the reservoir. The tumbleweeds were actually partially blocking Willow Creek Road. The Road De partment was advised. -MCSO received a report o f a m issing baby goat in the lrrigon area. -MCSO received a report o f an alarm going off at Heppner Family Foods.
