Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, December 12,2007 - ELEVEN Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheri fiTs Office reports han dling the following busi ness: -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f subjects angling in the river by lrrigon and cam ping. M CSO deputy advised they were angling only and could stay as long as they weren’t camping. -M C SO , H eppner Ambulance received report of a male down in a restroom lying against the door in Heppner. The subject was conscious and responsive. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f the n e ig h b o r’s dogs chasing chickens in lrrigon. -MCSO received a call concerning a custody dispute in lrrigon. The sub jects had a verbal dispute and requested deputy to file a report. -M CSO cited T if fany Raeann Ober, 19, for VBR, 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. -lrrigon Ambulance received a 911 request. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance received report o f a female who was dizzy and vomiting. -B oardm an Police Department received report o f a com m ercial burglar alarm at Sam B oardm an Elementary School. -B PD c ite d Juan Luis Ayala Garduno, 26, for Driving While Suspended/ Violation. The vehicle was released to a relative. -M C SO re c e iv e d report o f a red Geo Metro all over the road. Robert Thomas Headen, 52, was arrested on a C lackam as County warrant for Failure to A ppear/D U Il. He was lodged at UCJ with $ 10,000 bail, tie was also cited for No Operator’s License and warned for Failure to Main tain Lane. Oct. 29: -M C SO was notified that Hermiston Police Department had ar rested Jose Daniel Alvarado, 31, on an IJC warrant for failure to pay fine/driving while license suspended. -M C SO and BPD issued a citation to Carlos Cruz-Avila, 21, for violating the speed limit by going 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO was notified o f a minor in possession of tobacco at Heppner High School. -MCSO received a request for a K-9 Unit to run through a Boardman area business for drugs. -M CSO was n o ti fied o f a male subject who stated that he and his friends were going to beat up the reporter’s son and say that he threw the first punch. -MCSO received a theft complaint o f propane bottles being taken. -MCSO was notified that an 11 year old male had been assaulted by another football player. The reporter stated that this was an ongo ing issue and is tired o f the bullying. -M CSO was n o ti fied that Hermiston Police D epartm ent had arrested Roy Chairez Castillo, 27, on local charges with a hold on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear/Burg I, Theft 1, Con Burg. -lrrigon Ambulance received a report o f a 39 year old m ale with back pain. The subject had fallen off a horse. -Boardman Fire De partment received report of a grass fire. No structure were being threatened. October 30: M or row County Sheriff’s De partm ent received report that Tyrell Edward Camper was arrested by Tillamook County for Criminal Tres pass I. He was lodged at Tillamook County Jail with a hold placed for Morrow County. -MCSO, Boardman Ambulance received request for an ambulance for a 64- year-old male with internal bleeding approximately 25 miles west o f Boardman. A rlington A m bulance re sponded. -MCSO received re port o f two brown and white bird dogs running around in the lrrigon area. The reporter located one o f the dogs and it attempted to bite him. -MCSO received re port o f a golden eagle hit on Willow Creek Road. A deputy and Oregon Depart ment o f Fish and Wildlife responded. -MCSO cited Acosta Rafael Lopez, 47, for Truck Speeding, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received re port of a fire on Balm Fork in Heppner. It was a city o f Heppner controlled bum. -MCSO received re port of a rollover motor ve hicle accident on Gun Club Lane. Three people went to the hospital by private vehicle. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f a gas can and an unknown white object on Tumbleweed Boulevard in lrrigon. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f what looks like a dead body beside 1-84 near B oardm an. The sergeant found only a tent and a sleeping bag. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f an out-of-control juvenile in lrrigon. -MCSO received re port o f a deer hit on 1-84. There was no damage to the vehicle and the deer ran off. The reporter was afraid the animal was suffering. -B oardm an Police Department received report from a Boardman subject of a missing juvenile who had left on a G reyhound Bus from Orlando, Florida to LA on October 24, but had not arrived by October 30. -BPD received re port o f chickens inside the city limits in Boardman. No one was home, but a deputy left a door hanger. -BPD received re port o f a fender-bender in the Riverside High School parking lot. It was a non injury accident. -BPD received re port o f teenagers playing football in the street until 1 a.m. in Boardman. An offi cer warned the subjects not to be out past curfew. -Lexington A m bu lance, Heppner Ambulance received request for an am bulance for a 64-year-old female with a high tempera ture not able to stand up. She was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital by Hep pner Ambulance. -Boardman A m bu lance -M o rro w C o u n ty S h e riff’s D epartm ent, Boardman Police D epart ment received report from an lrrigon woman o f a prowler outside her residence who was attempting to enter the residence via the front door. He was last seen in the pas ture behind the residence. A deputy and B oardm an Police officer were unable to locate anyone. -MCSO received an other report from the woman who had previously reported a prowler that someone had just knocked on her door and left. -M C S O c ite d Mathew H. Baker for Vio lation o f the Basic Rule, 63 mph in a 45 mph zone. -MCSO received re port from a Heppner subject that someone had been using her checks in Hermiston. -MCSO received re quest for extra patrol from a subject who had previously reported a prowler. -M C S O re c e iv e d report from a subject in Heppner who said people on a golf cart were driving around town with no lights and almost hit a pedestrian. The cart was found parked. -MCSO received re port from an lrrigon woman that her daughter had not come home from school by 6:17 p.m. -MCSO received re port from an lone subject that someone had shot his son and other kids with a bb gun. -M C SO re c e iv e d report o f three suspicious persons who had gone into the Boardman Senior Cen ter wearing pig masks. The subjects, who had gone into the parking lot, were inter views. -MCSO cited Rigo- berto A rellano Sandoval, 29, for VBR, 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. -B oardm an Police Department cited Francisco Javier Nunez for Failure to Stop for Pedestrian in Cross Walk. -BPD cited a juve nile male for Failure to Wear Bicycle Helmet. -B PD , B oardm an Ambulance received report o f an elderly male suffering from severe rectal bleeding and weak. -BPD received re port o f teenage boys acting obnoxious, banging on doors and peeking into windows. An officer made contact and warned them. -BPD received re port o f a person in back of a trailer at the Boardman Chevron opening and clos ing blinds, like some kind o f code. Officer was unable to locate a vehicle. -BPD received re port o f three subjects who broke a window at the re porter’s residence. The sub jects fled the scene. -BPD received re port o f a male grabbing a female by the hair and forc ing her into an apartment. It was determined to be a disciplinary action between a mother and daughter. November 1: Mor row County Sheriff’s Office received report from an Ir- rigon woman that someone had shined his lights into her residence. She was advised that a deputy had just driven by her residence and shined his lights in the area. She replied that it w asn’t the deputy because she yelled at the subject to come out and he didn’t. -MCSO received re port o f two females fighting next door to the reporter’s residence for approximately a h alf hour. It was deter m ined to not be a fight, just a mother yelling at her children. -M CSO cited A n gela Marie Currin, 35, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Gusta vo Dominguez Lopez, 21, for VBR, 84 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received re port o f a dog bite in Hepp ner. The dog owner and vic tim said they would handle the incident civilly. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f a child running around in the street in Ir- rigon. The deputy returned the child to the parent. -MCSO received re port from Walla Walla Sher iffs Office that they arrested Joel Nathan Hegedom, 28, on a Morrow County Circuit Court Warrant for Unlaw ful Sexual Penetration 1, Sodomy I, three counts o f Sex Abuse I and furnish ing Obscene M aterials to Minors. He was lodged at the Walla Walla County Jail with $210,000 bail. -MCSO cited Regina Louise Waddell for Driving Uninsured. -MCSO received re port o f a vehicle traveling about 30 miles per hour on 1-84 that had almost been hit several tim es. MCSO advised OSP. -B oardm an Police Department reported that a female showed up at BPD advising o f a hit and run non-injury accident. -Boardman Am bu lance received report o f a 56-year-old woman whose arm was bleeding. She had previously broken her arm and had pins inserted. -lrrigon Ambulance received report o f an 80- year-old female, on oxygen with swollen legs having difficulty breathing. There was no transport. November 2: Mor row County Sheri IT’s Office Deputy reported he was en route to assist Boardman Police Department with a vehicle traveling 35 mph on 1-84 and swerving in and out o f traffic. He was warned for failure to maintain lane. He reported he was tired and would stop at the rest area for a nap. -M CSO cited M i chael Travis Alldritt, 30 for Driving While Suspended, Driving Uninsured and Fail ure to Register Vehicle. ¡if-MCSO received re port o f a bike stolen from a Boardman residence. The people w ho had it lived next door to the reporter and would not return it. MCSO responded and the bike was returned. -M C S O re c e iv e d from an eld erly lrrig o n couple that someone came by their house, told them they were the owners o f the house and said they had to move out. -MCSO, Boardman Police Department received report from a subject that a vehicle side-swiped her car and took off the rear view m irror near Kunze Lane and Olson Road in Board- man. The other driver kept going. -MCSO received re port o f the attempted theft/ criminal mischief of a $100 lawn ornament in lrrigon. -BPD arrested James Ray Steelman, 52, on a Mor row County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Failure to Register as a M isdem eanor Sex O f fender. -BPD cited Joaquin M adrigal T apia, 62, for Perm itting Unlawful O p eration o f a Vehicle. Vitalina Madrigal, 61, was cited for Driving with No Operator's License. -lrrigon Ambulance responded to the lrrigon High School pow er p u ff football game for a female juvenile with a knee injury. She was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital in Herm iston. Nov. 3: -MCSO ar rested Fawn Elizabeth Iron- bear, 26, on Dis Con. -M C SO was n o ti fied that the complainant's ex had taken a vehicle and threatened to crash into a wall. -MCSO received a 911 call regarding a tractor that appeared to be on fire. -MCSO received a call stating that the reporter had been receiving phone calls for two weeks from a Hispanic male threatening to cut the reporter’s throat. -BPD issued a cita tion to Chet Alan Dubry, 33, for Driving While Sus pended Violation. -BPD issued a cita tion to Luis Alonso Lomas, 20, for No O perator’s Li cense. -BPD issued a ci tation to O liv er A lvarez Tellez, 34, for going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone. -Boardman Fire De partm ent received a call regarding a large explosion with what appeared to be a house on fire. BPD and BFD responded and determined that it was a large controlled bum. -Boardm an Ambu lance was notified o f a 77 year old male with rectal bleeding. BPD assisted. -Boardman Ambu lance received a 911 call re garding a 48 year old female suffering a possible heart attack. EMS responded and transported the subject to Good Shepherd Hospital. Nov. 4: -MCSO re ceived a report o f a motor cycle heading to lrrigon at a high rate o f speed. MCSO was unable to locate the motorcycle. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Steven Allen Wil liams, 27, for Violating the Basic Rule b going 83 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO was notified that Jessica B. Fitzgerald, 22, was arrested by John Day PD on an IJC warrant for Failure to Appear/Driv- ing While Suspended. -M C S O a rre s te d Billy Joe Barker, 22, on an IJC warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Theft III. -MCSO issued a ci tation to a male subject for Possession o f a Controlled Substance, greater than an ounce o f marijuana. -MCSO issued a ci tation to a male juvenile for Possession o f a Controlled Substance, greater than an ounce o f marijuana. -BPD arrested Mar vin Alex Pourier, 43, for Indictm ent/P ossession o f a C o n tro lle d S u b sta n c e Meth. -BPD issued a cita tion to Roel Lomas Torres, 34, for going 69 mph in a 55 mph zone. -B P D a r r e s t e d Gustavo Armenta, 20, for Attempting to Elude/ Reck less Endangering x2/Reck- less Driving. The subject turned off the vehicle lights at the Marina after doing 59 mph in a 30 mph zone. The vehicle attempted to elude and hit a tree. Three occu pants were in the vehicle but were not injured. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance transported a patient to Good Shepherd Hospital. Nov. 5: -MCSO re ceived a report of an audible alarm from the Moose Lodge in lrrig o n . All w indow s were secure, all deadbolts were secure, and nothing was tampered with. -MCSO received an anim al com plaint o f two baby calves tied up to a fence with no food or water near them. -M C S O is su e d a citation to Barbara Ellen Solder, 74, for Violating the Basic Rule by going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report o f stum p possibly on fire. -MCSO received a criminal mischief complaint o f a window that was shot out by a BB gun. -MCSO received a report o f a possible DUII or texting and driving with a male driver speeding and not m aintaining his lane.
