Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, September 5, 2007 - FIVE Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports han dling the following busi ness: -Continued from page four Columbia River Dairy in 2003 or 2004 for a few weeks but hasn't worked for them since. -MCSO received a report of a dog with a broken leg in the yard of an address. There were two dogs at the residence but no one was home. -MCSO received a report of several pivots that had been disassembled. Wires had been removed from several of the pivots. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Steven Deonta Finger, 30, for driving while license suspended viola tion. -MCSO received a report of bottle rockets be ing fired. A deputy confis cated the bottle rockets and will talk to the juvenile's parents. -MCSO received a report of two dogs running around. On dog killed a rabbit. The reporter did not need contact until the own ers are found and warned. -MCSO was advised that Sherry Ann Jones, 43, was arrested by OSP on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for failure to complete alcohol education with an underlying charge of DUII. -A BPD officer at tempted to overtake a ve hicle at 100 mph. OSP and Gilliam County were ad vised. BPD was unable to locate the vehicle. -BPD issued a cita tion to Gabriel Carrillo Diaz, 22, for no insurance. -BPD received a 911 call from a reporter stating that her neighbor’s kids are up on her porch when she is gone and she suspects pos sible drug use. An officer spoke to both parties and mediated the dispute. -Boardman Ambu lance received a call stating that the reporter had been bit by a rattlesnake and w ill meet medics. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. August 21: -MCSO assisted Boardman Ambu lance with a 55 year old male with hip pain from a previous dislocated hip. -MCSO received a report of human feces spread all over the windows and the gas pumps had been toilet papered. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Keith Leon Gay, 57, for truck speed by going 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO arrested Rollin Ray Bradtleld, 37, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear/ PCS-Meth. -MCSO received an animal complaint of a cat at the reporter's residence that eats her fish. The cat is believed to belong to the reporter’s neighbor. -MCSO received a report of fraud/forgery stat ing that someone had autho rized an account to use the reporter’s phone number for other issues. The subjects have been charging small amounts of $ 1.99 or $3.98, $3.92 though out the past year. -MCSO received a report of dogs barking con tinuously. A deputy made contact with the supposed owner who denied owning the dogs. -MCSO received a report of juveniles on the roof of a house shooting guns, possibly a .22 rifle. The suspects went inside the residence. A juvenile was taken into custody. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Jacob William Anderson, 21, for violation of the basic rule by going 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report of a van blocking a vehicle at the boat launch area. The suspects were harassing a Hispanic family with racial language. -MCSO received a report of a sex offender at the skate park. The suspect was determined not to be a sex offender at this time. -MCSO received a report of two females in a verbal dispute near Irrigon High School. Dispatch made contact w ith the residence. -Irrigon Ambulance received a call about a male with breathing difficulties. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospi tal. -Irrigon Ambulance received a call regarding a 55 year old male with hip pain from a previous dislocated hip. A request was made to Boardman Ambulance for mutual aid due to Irrigon Ambulance on transport. -Boardman Ambu lance received a call regard ing a female who fell off'a horse and broke her wrist. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospi tal. August 22: -MCSO received a complaint of sep tic at the temporary office trailer on site is overflow ing sewage on the ground. -MCSO received a report of neighbors shooting pellets in the direction of the reporter. YÜIJÜ J U U i)iiliJ !J mzmüj ) u s yjjim Look for labels marked "Warning” and "Danger” -MCSO received a disturbance call stating that the reporter’s mother was yelling and screaming at her because she would not allow her children to go to Hermiston with her. The reporter also stated that the subject was pounding on the front door. -MCSO received a report that a male subject used the female's restroom at the skate park and did not flush the toilet. When the reporter asked the subject to go back in and flush, the subject started to cuss her out. The reporter would like contact and will ID the subject. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Geraldine Travena Whitson, 69, for \ iolation of the basic rule by going 86 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report of a five year old boy that runs around the neigh borhood at all hours w ithout supervision. The reporter stated that the grandmother does not keep an eye on him and the juvenile is often out after dark. -MCSO received a report of a boy tearing up and down the highway on a four wheeler the last few nights. -BPD issued a cita tion to Lorena Sanchez, 23, for violating the speed limit by going 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD received a report of a stolen license plate. -BPD issued a cita tion to Shawn Taylor Dirk- sen, 21, for dri\ing while license suspended viola tion and un-signaled lane change. -BPD received a re port of a domestic in prog ross that was only verbal at the time but was ad\ ised that the male had assaulted the female in the past. -BPD received a call from a FedEx truck carrying hazardous material that had been followed by the same vehicle for 50 to 55 miles and the vehicle would not pass. The driver was get ting nervous. The call was transferred to OSP. -Heppner Fire De partment received a report of a field tire at the boat ramp at the Willow Creek Reservoir. August 23: -MCSO received a 911 call with the caller acting suspicious when asked if anything was wrong. OSP was adv ised and checked the residence. -MCSO and BPD received a report of a ve hicle trying to get into a shed. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle. It was determined to be a theft of Span Cable used for irriga tion circles. -MCSO received a report of dogs chasing cattle. -MCSO received a call stating that the report er’s neighbors kept park ing their car in front of her house. The reporter asked the neighbor to move the car and the subjects started yelling at her and wanted to fight. -MCSO received a report of an old dump truck traveling with an unstable load of old machine parts. -MCSO received a report of a car pulled over on the side of the road with a male on his hands and knees. MCSO was unable to locate the subject or a vehicle. -MCSO received a report of two males get ting their truck stuck at Hager Park and damaging the grounds when they got out. The subjects went hack out and cleaned up the dam age made. -MCSO issued a ci tation to David Lee Balder- ston, 40, for maintaining a dog as a public nuisance. M.C.G.G.
