She said she was having a problem with her apartment manager who wanted to evict her. She was served a notice to vacate. -BPD received re port of a suspicious vehicle parked beside the road at the Boardman 1-84 on ramp. \ The driver had been putting up yard sale signs. -BPD officer report ed he was out with a male driver on Juniper Rd„ who had advised that he was looking for a house. The officer sent him in the right direction. June 15: MCSO deputy advised that he was out with a male driver in Irrigon who said he was cleaning out his pickup. -MCSO deputy ad vised that he was out with a male subject walking down Hwy. 730 in Irrigon. The subject said he was walking home. -MCSO received two reports from a Board- man subject that a man was sleeping on the side of the freeway in a sleeping bag. The deputy advised him not to be sleeping that close to the freeway. -MCSO deputy cited Shanna Abbott, 40, for hav ing a dog at large. -MCSO received re port of a woman screaming and yelling in Heppner. -MCSO, Heppner Fire Department, lone Fire Department received report of a haystack on fire at a Lexington farm. -MCSO received re port of a mailbox tampered with in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of a drunk man at the mini-mart in Heppner. He was described as being 55-ish and driving a red Forester. -MCSO received re quest from a subject who wanted to pick up his things at a residence in Irrigon. MCSO advised him that there was a no-contact order in effect and he was not to enter the county. -MCSO, Heppner Fire Dept, received report of a fire in the front yard of a Heppner residence near the courthouse. MCSO advised it was a controlled bum with a permit. -MCSO received report of a two-car motor vehicle accident with inju ries blocking the highway in Hermiston. MCSO and Boardman Police Depart ment responded. -MCSO cited Sam uel Benjamin Huchin Uc, 20, for Failure to Main tain Lane, Driving While Suspended violation and Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Department, Boardman Fire Department received nu merous reports, including one from a subject on a passing train that there were numerous fires east of Hwy. 730 north of 1-84 along the railroad tracks. -MCSO received re port from a subject w ho said his ex-wife had not brought him his children, according to the parenting plan. He said the plan was originally done in Morrow County, but he did not know where she lived. He was advised that it was a civil issue. -BPD received re port of loud music and cars going in an out of a resi dence in Boardman. The noise ended. -Irrigon Fire Depart ment received report of flames south of the skate park. It turned out to be only a barbecue. -BPD arrested Joel Garcia Jimenez, 37, on a Hermiston Municipal Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/DUII. He was also cited for Driving While Suspended violation and warned for Giving False Information to a Police Of ficer. -BPD received com plaint of a fence falling into the road and the yard being a fire hazard. The owner said June 16: MCSO re ceived request for assistance for 66-year-old man in Ir rigon with chest pains and vomiting. -MCSO received re port from a Boardman sub ject that she got a call from a rude telemarketer and advised she lodged a com plaint w ith the company and will have the phone com pany block the number. -MCSO received re port of a person in Lexing ton possibly on drugs. -MCSO received re port from an lone woman that a puppy fell out of her truck.
