formation and made contact
with the Hermiston Police
Department.

railroad tracks.

port from a subject w ho said
his ex-wife had not brought
him his children, according
to the parenting plan. He
said the plan was originally
done in Morrow County, but
he did not know where she
lived. He was advised that it
was a civil issue.

port of loud music and cars
going in an out of a resi­
dence in Boardman. The
noise ended.
-Irrigon Fire Depart­
ment received report of
flames south of the skate
park. It turned out to be only
a barbecue.
-BPD arrested Joel
Garcia Jimenez, 37, on a
Hermiston Municipal Court
warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/DUII. He was also
cited for Driving While
Suspended violation and
warned for Giving False

plaint of a fence falling into
the road and the yard being
a fire hazard. The owner said

ton possibly on drugs.

and had a lavender collar.
