The horse was a paint with a blue halter and had already been fed. -MSCO received a report about a boat that was on fire near the Umatilla Bridge in the middle of the Columbia River. W E ALSO RAVE PLASTIC, MAGNETIC AND ALUMINUM SIGNS! -BPD arrested James K. Ellison, 36, for probation violations and possession of a controlled substance. -B PD receiv ed a report that there were four males involved in a fighting disturbance. The males left to anther residence when the re p o rte r saw them . The males separated. -B PD o ffic e r reported about a vehicle that had hit a couple of railroad ties and damaged them. -B oardm an FD a ssisted a r e p o rte r’s attempted controlled burn that was out of control. Mar. 29: B oardm an A m bulance transported a male who was complaining of chest pains to Good Shepherd Hospital. -H eppner FD and Lexington FD received a report about inner walls that were smoking. Mar. 30: -M CSO received a report about a suspicious person that was dressed in black running towards Court St. from Les Schwabs. -M C SO issu ed a citation to M artin M aciel Herrera, 40, for violating the basic rule 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report that someone called the reporter's daughter and said, “ I’m watching you.” Also at a previous tim e, someone was tapping on her window. -MCSO received a report that Hermiston PD arrested C h arles D avid R uckm an, 35, for a Probation Violation. -M C SO issu ed a citation to Thad M arvin Swant, 34, for violating the basic rule by going 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO arrested Richard Lee Dawson, 40, on a warrant. -MCSO received a report about a domestic in progress. A male subject w ould not let a fem ale subject leave the apartment and she had a baby in her arms. The third party heard yelling and was unsure if it was physical. -MCSO received a report that a male subject assaulted his father. Mar. 30: -M CSO received a report about a black garbage bag of dead chickens. -MCSO received a rep o rt that the re p o rte r found a mini pincher type dog, the dog was very scared. The dog was returned to his owner after a tag was found on his collar. The reporter wanted to know if it was ok to sell the property after a reasonable amount of time. -MCSO received a rep o rt that a re p o rte r’s neighbor’s dog chewed up her dog. -MCSO received a rep o rt about a verbal argument between a brother and a sister in Boardman. -M C SO arrested Bertha Alicia Nunez, 26, for failing to appear for driving while suspended. -M C SO issued a citation to Stefanie Joelle Hanson, 20, for violating the basic rule by going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report stating that a subject in a silver Nissan had passed the reporter at a high rate of speed and kicked up rocks and chipped the reporter’s w indshield. The reporter wants deputy contact. The su b ject was w arned for failure to yield when entering a roadway. Was also warned about driving habits. -MCSO received a rep o rt that a re p o rte r’s mother was acting crazy. She had pointed a gun at his dad’s head. His dad took the gun away and locked it in the safe. The fem ale locked h e rse lf in the bedroom . M aelynn Lee Farton, 41, was arrested for pointing a firearm at another person x 2 and menacing x 2. -MCSO was advised that a rep o rter’s son was over at the Bulow Residence and was assaulted while inside of his pick-up. Jake D aniel Bulow , 20, was arrested for assault 11x2 and Criminal Mischief II. -MCSO received a rep o rt about a p o ssib le drunk driver. -B PD issu ed a citation to Willard Joseph Morris III, 21, for driving while suspended. -B PD issu ed a citation to Robert Dennis Whitmore for no operating license and failing to carry proof of insurance. -B PD receiv ed a report that a complainant wanted a withdrawal from her bank account investigation.
