received a report about a
horse running loose near the
high school.

report that a horse wandered
onto the reporter's property
sometime last night. The
horse was a paint with a blue
halter and had already been
fed.

report about a boat that was
on fire near the Umatilla
Bridge in the middle of the
Columbia River.

report that someone called
the reporter's daughter and
said, “ I’m watching you.”
Also at a previous tim e,
someone was tapping on her
window.

Probation Violation.

citation to Thad M arvin
Swant, 34, for violating the
basic rule by going 74 mph
in a 55 mph zone.

Richard Lee Dawson, 40, on
a warrant.

report about a domestic in
progress. A male subject
w ould not let a fem ale
subject leave the apartment
and she had a baby in her
arms. The third party heard
yelling and was unsure if it
was physical.

report that a male subject
assaulted his father.

received a report about a
black garbage bag of dead
chickens.
-MCSO received a

found a mini pincher type
dog, the dog was very
scared. The dog was
returned to his owner after a
tag was found on his collar.

failure to yield when entering
a roadway. Was also warned
about driving habits.

rep o rt that a re p o rte r’s
mother was acting crazy. She
had pointed a gun at his
dad’s head. His dad took the
gun away and locked it in the
safe. The fem ale locked

was arrested for pointing a
