M arch 17: -MCSO received a report from a caller on 1-84 of a piece of sheet metal or a car hood in the middle of the freeway. UCSO and O regon State Police were notified. -MCSO. Boardman am bulance, lrrigon EMS received a report from a caller in Boardman of a 45- year-old female subject with chest pain. The patient was tra n sp o rte d to Good S hepherd H ospital in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report that children in lrrigon turned in a cell phone they found on the way home from school. -MCSO deputy cited Liisa Helina Chrysler, 59, for Violation of the Basic Rule. 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller on 1-84 w estbound that a motorhome pulling a SUV was about to lose its load on the SUV. OSP and Gilliam County Sheriff's Office were advised. -MCSO deputy cited Martha Sanguino Campos, 47, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lrrigon of a suspicious vehicle on Patterson Ferry Road near the Green Acres RV Park. -MCSO received a re p o rt from a c a lle r on Highway 730 of a motor vehicle accident. A vehicle rear-en d ed the c a lle r's vehicle. It was a non-injury, n o n -b lo ck in g accident. M arvin Alex Pourier, 43, was cited for Driving while L icense S uspended Violation, No Insurance and Following Too Close. -MCSO received a received a report from a caller in Boardman of at least 50 sprinkler heads stolen from a business last night. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lrrigon that she is helping her daughter move but a carload of people are supposed to be enroute to cause trouble. -MCSO, Boardman P olice D ept, received a report from a c a lle r in B oardm an that a fem ale subject was on her way there to cause trouble. -Heppner Fire Dept, fire c h ie f ad v ised of a propane leak at a location in Heppner. It was requested that the propane company be contacted. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Pedro Torres, 44, for Failure to Use Seat Belt. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Pedro A lvarez, 47, for D riving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer arrested Sylvia S. Barrera. 42, for Driving while License Suspended Misdemeanor. Barrera was cited and released to appear. M arch 21: -MCSO d eputy a rre ste d G ary Dwaine Beeler. Jr., 42, on an H eppner Ju stic e C ourt warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended M isdemeanor. He w as lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a rep o rt that Steven J. Gieseker, 33. was arrested Wednesday, May by Marion County officers on a C lack am as C ounty warrant with a hold placed for an lrrigon Justice Court warrant. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Lexington. It was d eterm in ed to be a ju v e n ile p lay in g on the phone. T he ju v e n ile ’s grandmother w ill put a stop to it. -MCSO deputy cited Gregory Scott Edelman, 46, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lrrigon of 6-8 male juveniles at the marina who were swearing and urinating in public. The caller was trying to conduct a girls' softball practice. The juveniles were gone when deputies arrived. -M C SO receiv ed tw o 911 calls from a residence in Boardman. The dispatcher called the number back and a female subject advised e v ery th in g was okay; the kids had one of their phones. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited Ryan D uw ayne Payne, 27, on BPD Probable Charges of Interfering w ith 911. He was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. B oardm an Fire Dept, called to advise Windy River Elementary School would be having -a fire drill during the afternoon. -Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a domestic fight in progress in the parking lot. D avid Ramirez, 24, was arrested for Assault IV and Criminal Mischief III. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Travis Brian Nielson. 22, for No Operator’s License. -Heppner Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in Heppner of black sm oke com ing from a location in Heppner. There was plastic burning. The subjects were advised to let the fire burn out and were w arned about bu rn in g plastic. -Heppner Fire Dept, received a report of a fire near Fuller Canyon Road. It was d eterm in ed to be a controlled burn. March 22: -MCSO received a report from a caller in lrrigon that a pickup pulled out of their driveway and went w est dow n Highway 730. The caller was going to check her garage and see if anything was m issing. The c a lle r's husband called back and advised it was a neighbor in the pickup and everything was fine. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., lrrigon Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in lrrigon that it looks like there is a fairly large fire burning directly south from the fish hatchery. -MCSO deputy cited Richard Lee Jackson, 45, for Violation of the Basic Rule. 83 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited David Leroy Brown. Jr., 37, for Driving while License Suspended Violation. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lrrigon that an envelope with Girl Scout cookie money was taken from a vehicle in the yard. -M CSO received a report from a caller in lone of a crop duster spraying a field below the gas tra n sm issio n plant. The subject said he plane was overspraying and the spray was spreading to another field with cow/calf pairs in l 2. 2007 it. The spray was getting on the animals. -MCSO deputy cited a male juvenile in Heppner for F ailure to Use Turn Signal and Failure to Lise Seatbelt. -MCSO received a report from a caller at the dairy in lone that his employees’ lives and family have been threatened by a subject who used to work there. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Lexington that a m other a ssa u lted h er d au g h ter yesterday. The caller could see bruises on the daughter’s arm. A deputy made contact and determined the matter will be resolved. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lrrigon that a black vehicle tried to run over her 14-year old son. -MCSO, lrrigon Fire Dept, received a report of a fire by Birch Lake in lrrigon. A deputy checked it out to d e term in e if it w as a controlled bum or not. It was a brush fire in the trees. -MCSO deputy cited June Dalene Gallagher, 77, for Careless Driving. -MCSO received a report that som eone was talk in g on the EMS communication line. -MCSO received a rep o rt from D esch u tes County Sheriff’s Office that Marc Eugene Gazich, 51, was arrested on an lrrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended. He was lodged at the Deschutes County Jail. -MCSO, lrrigon Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in lrrigon of a fire in the trees on the river-side of Highway 730.
