warrant with a hold placed

warrant.

residence in Lexington. It
was d eterm in ed to be a
ju v e n ile p lay in g on the
phone. T he ju v e n ile ’s
grandmother w ill put a stop
to it.

for Violation of the Basic
Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph
zone.

report from a caller in lrrigon
of 6-8 male juveniles at the
marina who were swearing
and urinating in public. The
caller was trying to conduct
a girls' softball practice. The
juveniles were gone when
deputies arrived.

back and a female subject

domestic fight in progress in
the parking lot. D avid
Ramirez, 24, was arrested
for Assault IV and Criminal
Mischief III. He was lodged
at the Umatilla County Jail.

Brian Nielson. 22, for No
Operator’s License.
-Heppner Fire Dept,
received a report from a
caller in Heppner of black
sm oke com ing from a
location in Heppner. There
was plastic burning. The
subjects were advised to let
the fire burn out and were
w arned about bu rn in g
plastic.
-Heppner Fire Dept,
received a report of a fire
near Fuller Canyon Road. It
was d eterm in ed to be a
controlled burn.
March 22: -MCSO
received a report from a
caller in lrrigon that a pickup
pulled out of their driveway
and went w est dow n
Highway 730. The caller was
going to check her garage
and see if anything was
m issing. The c a lle r's
husband called back and
advised it was a neighbor in
the pickup and everything
was fine.

a caller in lrrigon that it
looks like there is a fairly
large fire burning directly
south from the fish hatchery.

that an envelope with Girl
Scout cookie money was
taken from a vehicle in the
yard.

subject said he plane was
overspraying and the spray
was spreading to another

employees’ lives and family
have been threatened by a
subject who used to work
there.

Lexington that a m other

yesterday. The caller could
see bruises on the daughter’s
arm. A deputy made contact
and determined the matter
will be resolved.

that a black vehicle tried to
run over her 14-year old son.

fire by Birch Lake in lrrigon.
A deputy checked it out to
