Oregon Wednesday, January 17,2007 - THREE violation for unlawful PCS Meth. -M CSO received a report that someone had entered the reporter’s residence in H eppner and stole $170 from his wallet. -M CSO received a report about a fight in progress at the parking lot of the Bank of Eastern Oregon in Irrigon. It involved two juveniles on foot and one in a car. -M CSO received a report that the reporter sm elled marijuana at her house in Irrigon. -MCSO and BPD received a report that someone with a flashlight was w alking around Me Ginnen Trucking in Boardman. That someone tu rn ed out to be an employee. -M CSO received a report that two male subjects were looking in people’s houses. -BPD and B oardm an FD receiv ed a rep o rt that a juvenile male that pulled an alarm which signaled BPD, had been detained and the school w ill h an d le the situation. -BPD issued a citation to Kathleen Marie Sanders, 55, for going 46 mph in a 30 mph. -BPD received a report that the reporter’s 16 year old son was out of control. -BPD received a report of a runaway in Boardman. The reporter later called back and the runaway had returned and no other action was requested. -BPD received a report that a male subject was using loud and abusive language at the pay phone at Fam ily Foods in Boardm an. The subject advised he was upset because he had just learned his son skipped school in Portland. His calling card would not work. Jan. 9: -MCSO received a report about a two vehicle Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports han dling the following business: Jan 8: -MCSO received a report that Peacocks were out in L e x in g to n , the reporter advised she was going to let the owner know. The ow ner was going to round up the Peacocks and advised that they were most likely going to go back to Portland because she was unable to keep them in the yard. -MCSO received a report of a found box of a load of magazines on the road. The deputy located the owners and returned the box. -MCSO received a report that a white van was off the road by L exington. The vehicle was in a ditch and did not appear to be damaged. The driver was outside the van with his dog and looked like he needed assistance. -MCSO received a report of profanity sprayed on the bridge under the canal, past the Dairy in Boardman. -MCSO received a report for an ambulance for a 40 year old female with a cut finger. The bleeding later sto p p ed and B oardm an Ambulance was cancelled. -MCSO received a report that the reporter found her 15 year old daughter's 18 year old boyfriend in the daughter’s room without his clothes on. The reporter believes that they are having relations. The male subject called the Legacy Billing Department and stated that if anymore bills were sent to him he would kill himself and he will take others with him and ju st because he was disabled did not mean he couldn’t shoot a gun. -MCSO received a report about a possible hit and run Motor Vehicle accident in Irrigon. A 1991 Subura Justy hit a Dodge Durango by the bank and kept going. -M CSO received a report about the reporter who had just purchased a dog that ended up having a lot of m edical p ro b lem s. The reporter advised that her vet informed her, the medical p ro b lem s w ere due to m u ltip le b reed in g . The reporter wanted to report the person she bought the dog from. -M CSO received a report that the Railroad crossing arm s were going up and down. -MCSO issued a citation to a ju v e n ile m ale for no o p e ra tin g licen se and endangering a passenger on an ATV. -MCSO issued a citation to a juvenile male for failing to wear a helmet on an ATV. -MCSO received a report about two dogs at large on Mt. Adams. -M CSO received a report about a theft of a pipe at the Irrigon Skate Park. -MCSO and BPD received a report that four to five guys just walking around carrying bats and possibly a knife p assed the re p o rte r and threatened him. -MCSO received a reporter that the reporter’s son’s bike was stolen. -MCSO received a report of male subject who appeared at the Shell in Boardman. L exmgton and lone communities ^ ^ « •"'W • • X \ City Public Works staff unable to access meters Due to the water meter lids being covered by ice and snow, the Public Works staff have been unable to access the meters to take the readings necessary to compute water bills. They will be using last month’s water usage for this month's estimated water usage to compute bills. When the meters become available for access, corrections for any over or under usage will be made. Keithleys celebrate 50th anniversary % The keithlex s La Verne and Virginia keithley 1957 La Verne and Virginia “G inger" (Schw arzin) Keithley celebrated their 50"' wedding anniversary on Saturday, January 13. The anniversary celebration was held from noon until 3 p.m. at the Heppner Odd Fellows Lodge. The Keithleys were married on January 13, 1957, at the Heppner Christian Church. Ginger worked at Coast to Coast for several years and then was at Peterson’s Jewelers for 14 years. She now volunteers at the Heppner Neighborhood Center. Her hobbies include sew mg. ceramics, and selling her crafts at various holiday bazaars. La Verne was a local farmhand, was employed by Kinzua Mill as a self-employed wood worker and now works for the Willow Creek Park District as a RV park caretaker. He is a member of the Heppner Elks Lodge. He is also a volunteer at the Neighborhood Center and helps Ginger at the craft shows. The couple are lifetime residents of the Heppner area. The couple have four children: Ruth Ann Keithley and Dave Aitken of Irrigon, Linda and Brian VoltzofGold Canyon, AZ. M CSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that he was trying to repossess a vehicle and the subject in possession of the v eh icle had a confrontation with him. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that subjects were throwing things on a fire and they were blowing up. M CSO , H eppner Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in Heppner that she smelled propane in her residence. M CSO , H eppner Fire D ept., H eppner ambulance received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 74; the vehicle hit ice and rolled. M CSO , Irrigon ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a 26 year old male subject had a 4-w heeler accident. The patient was unconscious but breathing. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. M CSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner regarding a custody dispute with her ex. M CSO received a report from the Oregon State Police that Scottie Elaine King, 28, was arrested on an Irrig o n Ju stic e C ourt w arran t for D iso rd erly Conduct.
